Really easy to send a phone to and quick turnaround for the payment - no problems, great communication and efficient service

Great experience, fast and reliable!

GoGreenGadgets made selling my phone to them very quick and easy, there was clear communication from the start.

All great from start to finish. Had an old iPhone with not a great battery health and a few scratches. From first contact to receiving payment all went smoothly. Postage simple and every promise they made re getting in touch and making offers was completed in the timescales. Would definitely recommend and ugain in the future.

Such an easy and seamless experience. I only had to wait a couple of days from sending to receiving payment. Would 100% recommend and would use again!

It was a simple transaction from start to finish. I was informed of each step through out. My only qualm is a waited a week for the funds to be released so not same day payment as advertised

Avoid ! Looks easy on the surface said I’d get £440 for my iphone 16 plus I sent it off the next day I got an email saying my phone had been though diagnostic and I was only getting £300 as it had been though more than 500 charge cycles ( they’d have known that at time of offering a price as the phone is over 2 years old) 5 days later still no sign of my money even though it says same day pay out !

Was really quick and very easy to use. Payment came really promptly too.

I sent two phones to them and got told there was a couple of faults with the phone which I don’t believe to be true however I accepted the low ball offers one being £50 and one being £5 I then didn’t receive the payout and havnt been able to get a response on email, WhatsApp, instagram, facebook messenger or facebook comment on a post. I decided to leave it as I had wasted enough time but it is very frustrating as the two phones were in working order.

I was quoted £570 for my iphone 16 pro in excellent condition so sent it off to Gogreen. Got an email a few days later with an offer of £420!!!! Apparently it was graded poor due to more than 500 charge cycles! It hasn’t, it has 489!!! I told them to send my phone back and now have photographic evidence that it only has 489 charge cycles. WHY say 500 if you mean less. AVOID this Company!!!!!!
