Thank you so much for this wonderful 5-star review!
It means even more to hear such kind words from a project management professional with over 40 years of experience. We’re thrilled that Stephen Mercer’s real-world insights, experience, and instructional approach added value to your PMP preparation.
Thank you for choosing Gold Standard Certifications and for putting your trust in Stephen and our team. We truly appreciate your recommendation and wish you continued success in your project management career!
I highly recommend Stephen’s PMP…
I highly recommend Stephen’s PMP training course. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the PMP profession, and he brings that expertise into every aspect of the training.
One of the things I appreciated most was his willingness to share personal experiences and growing pains from the beginning of his career. He also incorporated real-life and historical situations, which made the concepts easier to understand and helped connect the training material to practical, real-world experiences.
Stephen was incredibly patient with our class and took the time to answer our many questions. Whenever we needed additional clarification or a deeper understanding of certain modules, he made sure we had the opportunity to work through them before moving forward.
Another major benefit was the tremendous amount of additional material Stephen provided beyond the standard training content. Having access to these resources is a huge plus and will be extremely valuable as I prepare for the PMP exam
Overall, this was a great training experience, and I truly appreciate the knowledge, patience, and dedication Stephen brought to the course. I plan to take Six Sigma training with Stephen as well, which speaks to how highly I value his teaching and expertise.
Thank you so much, Stephen, for a great training experience!

We’re thrilled to hear how much you valued Stephen Mercer’s knowledge, real-world experience, patience, and dedication throughout your PMP training. His ability to bring personal experiences, real-life situations, and practical examples into the classroom is a big part of what makes his training so valuable—especially for professionals who want to understand not just what the PMP concepts are, but how they apply in the real world.
We also appreciate you highlighting Stephen’s willingness to answer questions, revisit challenging modules, and provide additional resources beyond the standard training material. That level of support is exactly what we want our students to experience.
And hearing that you’re planning to take Six Sigma training with Stephen as well is one of the best compliments we could receive! We’re honored that you’ve placed your trust in him and in Gold Standard Certifications for your professional development.

PMP certification class
Program presented an ungodly amount of information, and the quick pace of presentation made it clear that preparation for the exam will be self-study. Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and terms and acronyms just rolled off of his tongue, but for many of us it made following the instruction difficult.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback.
We truly appreciate your recognition of the instructor’s knowledge and expertise, and we understand your concern regarding the pace and volume of information covered during the PMP certification class. With the PMP exam covering a significant amount of terminology, concepts, and frameworks, the course can be intensive, particularly for those who are newer to formal project management practices.
For learners who feel they would benefit from building a stronger foundation before taking on the full PMP curriculum, we also offer our Project Management Fundamentals class. It provides a more foundational introduction to core project management concepts, terminology, processes, and practices and can be an excellent starting point before progressing to PMP preparation.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll continue working to make our training experience as clear, accessible, and effective as possible for professionals at different levels of experience.
Thank you again for choosing Gold Standard Certifications, and we wish you continued success in your project management journey!

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review and for sharing your honest feedback!
We’re delighted to hear that you had a great experience with the lesson and lecture. We truly appreciate you highlighting the quality of the training.
And thank you for pointing out the pace of speech. While our instructors aim to make the most of the live training time and cover a substantial amount of PMP material, we understand that speaking too quickly can sometimes make it difficult to absorb every concept. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll certainly keep it in mind as we continue improving the learning experience for our students.
We’re glad you enjoyed the course overall, and we sincerely appreciate you choosing Gold Standard Certifications. Wishing you the very best in your PMP exam preparation and future career success!

Thank you for your honest review and for sharing your experience with us!
We’re glad to hear that you learned a lot from the training. We completely understand your comment about information overload and unfamiliar project management terminology, especially if you’re coming from outside the project management industry.
The PMP curriculum can be intensive, with a substantial amount of terminology, frameworks, and concepts to absorb. If you feel you’d benefit from building your foundation before continuing with PMP preparation, we also offer Project Management Fundamentals and CAPM preparation courses. These can be excellent options for becoming more comfortable with project management terminology, concepts, and best practices before progressing further.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider one of these programs as you continue developing your project management knowledge. Thank you for choosing Gold Standard Certifications, and we wish you continued success in your career!

2nd Course Taken
This is the 2nd course I have taken from Stephen Mercer through Gold Standard Certifications, and I am so appreciative of the knowledge transfer, professionalism, follow-up, and follow-through even after the course is over. After receiving my PMP, I was sent multiple emails from the team congratulating me. I have now taken the LSSGB course and feel I have a solid overview and a workable understanding of a concept I knew very little about at the outset. The absolute best part of all this is the training materials, worksheets, prep tests, and more that they provide you with access to long after the course concludes, to support your study time leading up to the exam.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review, and for coming back to us for a second course. Hearing that Stephen's teaching held up across both your PMP and LSSGB experience says a lot about the consistency we aim for. We're also glad the post-course support, from continued access to materials and worksheets to those congratulatory emails, made a real difference as you kept studying. That ongoing access is something we believe matters just as much as the course itself. Congratulations on your PMP, and best of luck as you continue building on your LSSGB knowledge.

This was by far the most valuable training experience I have participated in. Mr. Stephen Mercer is an outstanding instructor whose extensive expertise in project management was evident throughout the course. His professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to answer every question, including unconventional and challenging ones, created an engaging and supportive learning environment.
