I really enjoyed this training. The material covered a complex topic, but it was presented in a way that was engaging, easy to follow, and thorough. The instructor clearly had a deep understanding of the subject and kept the course interesting while making sure the key concepts were well explained. I left feeling much more confident in my understanding and would highly recommend this training to anyone looking for quality instruction.

The instructor is the most valuable part. The way he explains each section and takes time to assist students with the examples is key to learning.

Loved this class and got a lot out of it, the content is genuinely helpful and I'd recommend it.
I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: student involvement. I wish I'd had more chances to actually apply what I was learning. There were activities, but I'd have gotten more out of a homework component, problems that take longer than five minutes. For example, break down a real process, identify the bottleneck and work out what could be done to fix it. If you're not familiar with the process, go do your own research. That kind of assignment forces you to use the tools instead of just recognizing them.
Application matters a lot for this material. Add that piece, and it's a 5-star course.

The materials are excellent. I really liked the interaction with practice questions, exercises and group break out. The instructor and admissions personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely take more classes.

Mr. Mercer is very knowledge and shared a great wealthy of experience with the class. Worth taking the class to learn in depth about Lean Six Sigma. Registration for the class was easy as well.

This was a great experience that I would recommend. The prompts were easy-to-use communications from start to finish, from Gold Standard. Stephen kept the class engaged and definitely gave us the tools to take the test. Hoping for the best on the test, with much more studying to come!

I was approached by Gold Standard several times over the past two years, but I only made up my mind to join their program in the last two months. Looking back, I have absolutely no regrets. In fact, I wish I had listened to them years earlier, as I could have achieved my PMP certification much sooner.
Nevertheless, everything worked out in the end. I successfully completed the required 35-hour training course with Gold Standard and passed my PMP exam on my very first attempt. The support, guidance, and preparation provided by the team played a significant role in my success. I highly recommend Gold Standard to anyone considering PMP certification.

Great course and great company. This is my second course with them. Lean Six Sigma is not required for my current position at a DME company, but it was very informative and useful for my new career objective. I recommend this course to anyone who needs it. Stephen Mercer was a terrific, extremely knowledgeable instructor.

Good course. Particularly enjoyed the hands-on charting exercises and videos. A comprehensive set of tools and study aids were most helpful. Gross errors in slides as well as confilicting definitions from slide to slide/module to module.

LSSGB/BB Class was great! Stephen Mercer kept it interesting by bringing in a lot of fun facts and relatable examples. He has a wealth of knowledge. I really enjoyed this class and its contents!

Signed up for the PMP training, Course is live and online which makes it convenient and accessible to all. Instructor Mercer lead the course; he is very knowledgeable with applied skills in project management. Feel that is essential to being able to help students understand the content and expectations of this course best.

Overall good experience Thank you Stephen Mercer for your class and teachings, you cleared all the doubts. the class started early 7 am tough and ended 2 pm in PST timezone. I wish they had 9 to 5 something.

He guides the listeners with pauses and moments to the full task list emphasizing important areas and topics in the PMBOK program, references to related topics and guides you to the best practices in learning.
