Parcel delayed due to incomplete postal address
The postal address doesn't appear fully on the parcel packaging that led to one day delay on delivery due to no unit number and returning to the courier depot.

I needed four cartridges
I needed four cartridges. With the black one i accidentally ordered a toner. The recipient of my order thought that was strange but didn't query it with me. I have had to re order to get the black cartridge and paid extra for delivery plus having to pay to courier unwanted toner back. A query would have saved this extra time and expense

We’re sorry the black cartridge you ordered wasn’t the one you needed. When mixed cartridge types are ordered together, we don’t usually assume there’s a mistake, as many customers do order for more than one printer at a time.
That said, we understand this created extra hassle for you. Once you got in touch, we arranged for our supplier to accept the return of the toner cartridge, and we’re sorry the process still ended up costing you extra time and courier costs.

Easy to order and excellent delivery and followup service
Easy to order and excellent delivery time. Just one small problem with blotchy ink , then they sent me instructions on how to resolve and now it is printing perfectly. I cannot fault their service!

We're glad you were happy with the ordering process and delivery speed, however, we're concerned to see you've had some issues with blotchy ink on the top left corner of some pages.
This is usually caused by the cartridges not being seated quite right, the printer needing a printhead clean, or the printer needing alignment after fitting new cartridges.
