Used tracker and the polish guy was very helpful as he was on time and helped move the heavy bags of gravel to the bottom of my garden for me.

unauthorised payment and no refund
I'm a regular user or Gopher since 2022. Three weeks ago I cancelled a job, a courier hadn't been allocated and it was within the allowed cancellation period and was told I wouldn't be charged. Gophr took the payment, acknowledged it had been a mistake but I haven't yet been able to get a refund. The live chat have been promising updates and apologising for delays but still no refund.

Excellent service from Gophr. We first tried twice to arrange the collection through Uber, but both requests were left searching for around half an hour before being closed without any clear notification.
We then booked through Gophr, and the difference was immediate. A courier accepted the job straight away, collected the package without any problems and delivered it very quickly.
The whole process was simple, reliable and efficient. Great service and I would definitely use Gophr again.
