Five stars! Genuinely one of the best couriers I’ve ever dealt with. I had the best experience with Sami he was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and went above and beyond to help me with a really urgent delivery. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and really appreciated everything he did. Thank you so much!

Inappropriate and disrespectful customer service. I missed a delivery and tried to reorder it. I could not get a straight yes or no answer. Customer service was rude and kept avoiding my question. Then I was removed from the app with his response “customer does not respect platform or app and raises hell “. Real professionals there I asked a simple question . Will be reporting the transaction to my bank. I hope Jeff gets fired for his rude inappropriate behavior
