Driver left heavy bags of cement on my doorstep blocking access and wouldn’t move them when my nearly 80 yr old mother asked him to leave them at the side. Lack of respect, decency and common sense. Effectively left my elderly parents blocked in the house. God forbid there was an emergency

1 star – Very poor on-boarding and no support
I created a driver account with Gophr and uploaded all of the requested documents, including my insurance and DBS check for which I had to pay, and the valid date may run out soon. According to the app, every step has been completed and my documents are simply awaiting approval.
Despite this, I keep receiving automatic emails telling me that my account is “still missing some details”, without actually explaining what is supposedly missing. When I check the app, there is nothing else for me to upload or complete.
What makes this much worse is the complete lack of support. I have been trying to contact Gophr for over two weeks and have not received a proper response or any help in resolving the issue.
For a company that relies on self-employed drivers, the onboarding and communication should be much better. I have provided everything requested, but my application appears to be stuck with no explanation and no one available to help.
At the moment, my experience with Gophr has been extremely disappointing. Automated emails or no emails at all, are not a replacement for actual customer support.

Thanks for taking the time to write this up, and sorry for the experience so far. Two weeks without a proper reply isn't what we'd want, and the app showing complete while our emails say otherwise is confusing — that's on us to fix rather than something you should have to work out.
We've passed your details to our fleet team so they can look at your application directly and come back to you with what's actually needed, rather than another automated prompt. We've also flagged the DBS and insurance dates, as you've paid for those and we don't want them lapsing while things sit with us.
The mixed messaging between the app and the emails is going on our list to sort.

Bruno the driver was excellent, friendly and efficient. I was informed when the item had been collected and notified when to expect the delivery.
The item was needed to complete a job today. It was received within the 3 hour delivery slot .
Definitely use again.
