When I was looking for a set of suitcases GoPlaces came up in my search. I obviously checked Trustpolot and was initially quite sceptical with a 4.9 score with over a thousand reviews! After a bit more research I decided to buy from them. There was a mix up with my delivery address - I used an auto fill on the website and I suspect it reset the delivery address to my billing address. Thankfully I spotted that on the confirmation email and contacted GoPlaces - their reply was quick and professional and changed the address for me. I then got a message from DPD to say they had the item and gave a delivery window but I had paid for Saturday delivery. Once again the situation was dealt with by Liam with speed and professionalism. The suitcases arrived on the correct day, comfortably within the delivery window. I have personally not seen them yet as I am in a different location but they are apparently "great".
This is obviously why they have a 4.9 score!

I placed an order for a samsonite case, but I unfortunately ordered the wrong one, But it was no trouble to get it returned, which I could do or Go Places would arrange it for me, which they did it was collected the following day,
Delivered the following day with notification payment had been issued back to my method of payment, Excellent service, Now to re order the right one!

What a straighforward business for getting a suitcase! Simple to place an order, high quality communications downstream to keep me updated on delivery. Use of a highly reliable and informative courier. Highly competive price, in my hands next day, robust packaging and excellent product. I highly recommend.

Great product great service. Bags came separately a day apart but I was not in a rush. Beautiful luggage as described.

Used this case a few months ago for the first time. It's a really nice and light case but large enough for my needs. Also easy to spot on the conveyor. Alas on the first use it had horrible scratch marks, evident because of the colour!

I rarely am compelled tp write reviews but I am really impressed with this company. Firstly I got a great price on some beautiful luggage which I bought for my daughter. High quality and very aesthetically pleasing. Had a small issue with one order, which was not their fault, but they listened and acted very quickly to help me solve. Very impressed with their customer service. They sound like a small business and so I wanted to so this review because its these smaller businesses we really need to stand behind. Would recommend 10/10
