The Retroid Pocket 3 is a wonderful device that completes my life!

Overall good impressions.
-Site has some issues at times, small stuff like text, but also big stuff like not being able to create a login account.
-Product itself was great, and havn't had any issues with it. Shipping was also adequate.

I’ve bought more handhelds than anyone probably needs, and Retroid (GoRetroid) has always exceeded my expectations. Their devices perform great while being very affordable. When things have (rarely) not gone as expected they have always gone above and beyond to make it right. Beyond that, they provide great after sale support by way of improvements and software updates. All of that is easily worth 5 stars from me

Am 1.3.24 bestellt, am 21.03.24 bekommen. Pocket 4 Pro kann ich nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Very satisfied both with service and product (rp4pro).

Order was made on the 12th of December 2022, did not receive device until the 14th of January 2023 and on the 26th the device then went into safe mode with no return, when I reported the problem to them they said I had to disassemble the device to purge the battery, I replied 4 times saying the same that I do not feel comfortable doing that as it meant I had to mess with the battery. They then said they would refund me if I sent the device back, which I was happy to do until they said I had to falsify declaration forms to post it to them (putting the value as $30, the device is worth $150) and they have just said they're going to send a new part considering I have said that I would like the refund that I was offered. Very poor considering the price of the product and the reputation they apparently have.
Their customer service is shocking and I would absolutely not recommend this company or device to anyone. Stay away, you will end up with an overpriced faulty paperweight.

So apparently on their website they state all orders will be shipped in 1-7 working days.... 14 days later still not shipped. Requested a refund and they have processed the refund (amazing they can sort this but can't post an order!) I don't care how good these units are I wouldn't use them again! Quick enough to take money but not quick enough to ship my products. Shame because the unit looks good.

Delivery to Poland took 10 days, which is quite an achievement Handheld works great.
No complains. China FTW. Would order again!

Solo a distanza di 10 giorni, come se fino ad allora avessero dormito, mi comunicano di non poter spedire due console con PX, avrei dovuto pagare non so quanto in più di tasse (nessun avviso del genere in fase di acquisto).
Va bene, mi faccio stornare una console, procedono al rimborso.
Spediscono e, CASUALMENTE, dopo 4 giorni, ecco che annunciano la Retroid 3+, molto più performante della 3.
Se potessi chiedere il rimborso e rispedire la console indietro, lo farei subito.

That Olivia Chan is not responding to my messages. I have ordered RP2+ December 2021 and until now the order has not been delivered.

I ordered a Retroid Pocket 2, which arrived with a broken stick that was unusable. Support insisted that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to ship it back to China at my own expense. After arguing with them for a while, I finally opened a Paypal case to send the item back and get a refund. They provided a fake address, and when the system couldn't be delivered Paypal sided with them and closed the case. Now they still have my money, and the system is lost in the ether somewhere. These people are THIEVES.

Waited over a month to receive a defective unit,argued with support for weeks,stuck with a broken unit and no refund,very bad experience buyer beware

I've Been waiting for 17 days of my rp2 to arrive and the person I spoke to said it hasn't even been dispatched yet so seriously taking the p**s.

I bought the RP2 from Goretroid in Spring '21. It was delivered to London (using the dpx option) in about 2 weeks. Once dispatched, I was able to track the process of the parcel via the Shop App. looking forward to playing the RP2 now.

Ordered the Retroid Pocket 2 on launch back in Autumn 2020. There was a delay to shipping, mostly I think because of meeting the demand of all the pre-orders. The website was quite good at keeping me and all the others in the queue updated. Email came through at long last to tell me item dispatched. The tracking code for 4PX was a bit weird, had to enter it into an alternative tracking website for it to work. But it did! And from dispatch from China to arrival in Cornwall, 2 weeks. Not shabby at all. Console was well dispatched and works a treat.

So far very bad. Bought two units of retroid pocket 2, and the first one was broken, and now I got the second one and was also broken. 200 dollars (100x2) in the garbage
