Had an issue with an item I bought, got in touch and had a reply same day and arranged a replacement. The customer service from this company is fantastic don't think I've dealt with a company with a service like it. 5stars

Die bei Bestellung der Ware angegebene Lieferfrist wurde nicht eingehalten. Eine Verfolgung der Lieferung im Internet war w/ technischer Probleme nicht möglich. Eine entsprechende Reklamationsmail wurde mit einer unzutreffenden vorgefertigten Antwortmail abgetan. Der per E - Mail angeforderte und zugesagte telefonische Rückruf erfolgte nicht. Die Lieferung erfolgte angeblich an einen Pickup Paketshop. ( und nicht an die vereinbarte Lieferadresse ). In allen Belangen absolut Kundenunfreundlich.

ich wurde von Gorilla Sports verspätet angerufen. Da ich telefoniert habe, konnte ich das Gespräch nicht annehmen. Ich habe deshalb umgehend ( 1 Min später ) zurückgerufen. Es kam eine Bandansage dahingehend, dass diese Nr. nicht angerufen werden kann. Kein Wort zur verspäteten Lieferung an eine nicht abgesprochene Lieferstation. Ein Stern bei der Bewertung ist noch zu viel.

A great quality product and delivered n good time. I was kept up to date and sent photos of the delivery.

Exerlent value and quality

Ordered a week ago, got sent a tracking number but it just says ‘we’re expecting it’ and has said this for 5 days have emailed them countless times but they never reply to any emails, shocking customer service , avoid !!!

The boxes delivered and had everything I needed to put the ladder up. It was quick and easy, to set upand now I’m enjoying the benefits. Good service.

I was really happy with this company. They offer good quality products and when returns are necessary they are super helpful and respond to emails really quick. I will be using them again in the future.

DANGEROUS & TERRIBLE QUALITY – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought this Gorilla Sports back extender thinking it would be decent quality for home use – I couldn’t have been more wrong. It is absolutely shocking how cheaply and poorly this is made.

After only very light use, the main padding has already completely sagged, creased, and deformed – it looks like it’s been used for 10 years, not a few weeks. The material is paper-thin, soft, and has zero support. Worst of all: while I was training, the whole structure gave way and collapsed under me – I almost fell flat on my face and seriously injured myself! This isn’t just bad quality – it is dangerous and a serious safety hazard.

I trusted the Gorilla Sports brand, but this product is completely unfit for purpose, unsafe, and not worth a penny. I have contacted customer service and will be returning it immediately. Do not waste your money or risk your health – stay far away from this item and this brand.

So today is the 25th May still no delivery from this terrible company..ive never heard so much nonsense, the excuses just keep going on. They think by sending me emails that they are sending to the haulage firm is them doing something.. But yet they mysteriously dont be receiving back a date the parcel will be delivered..im sick to the back teeth of dealing with this company.. if anyone is thinking of buying anything from this company please don't. Any reputable company would of given a full refund or immediately sent out another punch bag. All im hearing is empty words.. so I finally received the top off of the punch bag!! And low and behold its faulty!! Everytime I punch it white fibres come out, and im having to hoover round it everytime I use it! Have to say worst mistake ever buying from this company..

The delivery was fast and efficient. If I emailed the company about anything, they were quick to respond.
The product I purchased is good quality and easy to assemble and put up.

Knocked one star off as the product wasn't suitable, despite querying directly with the company...
However...customer service was fantastic, correspondence was quick and their service levels went above and beyond. Would definitely use them again in future
