Good price, good expirience

Professional, easy to understand and reliable

Only just started with go skippy, they were the best and cheapest insurance company, they even had breakdown cover included which most other didn't

Good prices, but customer care seem to be in a hurry while speaking to me , I would have found it easier to speak with a staff with less pressure.

Securing my insurance with GoSkippy online was easy, quick and affordable. I purchased 26 days in advance to get the best price. I received log in details to access the portal where I can find all the information for my deal. I even managed to add breakdown cover without inflating the cost. I haven't had to contact customer services yet so I can't comment on that or verify if the angry 1 star reviews regarding it are justified but people need to chill out.

Goskippy was easy to follow, navigating the insurance I required was simple and done in no time at all.

It’s more than a month that I did not receive my refund, the prorated amount after I canceled the policy. I was very clear that the reason for cancellation is that I am moving out of the country. They initially asked my bank details which I provided and since it’s over a month, I followed them up. I was told today that they sent a cheque for it. I was not informed that it will be through cheque and I don’t have a forwarding address either. I need my refund please!!!! Send it to my bank account.

This is the worst of the worst car insurance company I’ve had the misfortune to use, they are thieves, if there was a 0 star review that’s what they deserve. I bought a new car and wanted to end my previous policy they still charged me over 300 pounds to cancel the policy, I’ve never been so angry and sad in my life.

After using comparison sites Go Skippy definitely came up on top. Easy to set up insurance. The one thing I liked was that everything is included no extra cost for this or that. What you’re quoted includes everything which is so much easier than all the insurers with hidden quotes which sees the price increase. Easy to pay, great communication, instant documents and what is needed further if anything.
