I've read the reviews to see if this site is a scam. Almost all the bad reviews are the same with my experience. I've made an order from this website a month ago but it is still processing. I emailed the customer service several times. They responded promptly but saying some excuses. It doesn't make sense how could some items take this long to be shipped. I think this website is a scam. Don't buy!!!!!

Highly recommend! My husband and I both ordered from here and we were delighted that even after ordering and receiving our products, we still got contacted to hear about our experience. Great customer service is hard to find these days. The website and app is easy to use, huge variety and reasonable prices. Will definitely revisit to order again and encourage all to use The List. I tried to order two bags from the website. First I paid with my credit card an I got an email from ‘the list’ i have to transfer the money to their bank. I don’t understand what the payment system. Pretty decent service with fresh new products which is one thing I love about the list. They are also very quick to refund any products that are not available but customer service can be a bit more responsive as i had to email them a couple of times to hear back.All in all everything eventually worked out.
