We recently instructed Gough Thorne to work on our property purchase. The process was generally fairly simple and efficient. It took exactly 8 weeks from the offer being accepted until exchange.

Whilst there was a small hitch - where we never received some deeds - this was noticed and fixed appropriately, without delaying the process.

Taimoor handled our matter and acted always in a professional and courteous manner. I would gladly go with this firm again in the future.

I recently completed on my first home using Gough Thorne who was recommended to me by my partner. From onboarding through to completion Hannah kept me informed and made everything straight forward. I initially thought the entire process would be a stressful one but it was the complete opposite of what I was expecting as Hannah, Manisha and the team made it easy for me! The online portal made it simple to track progress, i received a consistent flow of information where needed, i had no issues receiving email responses and was able to speak to the team on the phone as and when required. I found the staff to be friendly and approachable and noted that when asked questions they were able to answer and explain exactly what I needed!
