Grant boiler working very well, we should have replaced old one years ago. Grant recommended installer was excellent. Home Heating did the install very efficiently.

I recently had a Boiler installed by Swale / Sureserve.
The Boiler is short cycling every 3 minutes, for the last 6 weeks I have been trying to get the installers Sureserve to fix the problem without success, appointments noone turning up, 3 call outs and still
have the problem.
They told me to contact Grant UK, the heating engineer there said its a installation / commissioning problem.
Also said their call out is £150 and £70 every half hour if they find its not a boiler at fault! Boiler is under Warranty.
Back to Swale,Sureserve again.
Paid for a installation job / commissioning of boiler that came to just over 7k. Really not sure why they cant resolve this, wont give up! it goes on!

Replacement for an older, but similar, version of the oil fired boiler. It appears to do the job better and more efficiently than the old and fits in the same space.

I have a problem with heat pump communication issues and everyday I need to top up the pressure for the tank not yet solved yet, contacted installer and the Grant UK but still the same issues. ..waiting the Grant engineer...sorryat the moment for star reviews. ..

We have a Grant Air Source Heat Pump system that was installed about 11 months ago. A few days ago we suddenly had no heating so we contacted Grant, fully expecting them to tell us that there would be a delay as we are after all in the middle of one of the coldest spells for ages. However, Grant managed to get one of their engineers (Neil) out to us this morning and everything is sorted! The engineer has found the fault and the underfloor heating is back up and working. Thank you Neil (the engineer) for a quick, fast and professional service.

I contacted Grant due to an issue with my parents boiler. Paul the Technical Support manager dealt with my request in a polite and quick timescale. Paul's knowledge allowed him to quickly identity the issue and arrange the repair to be performed asap.
Dealing with Paul at grant has been a breath of fresh air as years of dealing with various other support staff in other companies i was expecting the usual slow, unhelpful staff but Paul was brilliant.

Have had our boiler less than 2 years and breaks down on average 3 times a year and their customer service is shockingly bad, I am still awaiting it to be looked at by them from breakdown in November and that's it broken down again. It will have a complete set of new parts at this rate with the amount the engineer is having to swap out. DO NOT BUY GRANTS

I have rung Grant twice in the past and had brilliant service from their tech department but this morning was a different story the guy was very abrupt everything was a “no” he just couldn’t be bothered.

Ordered the part over the phone and it was sent out by parcel force next day delivery before 10am. The part arrived 8 days later. Not a problem with Grant but with the company used for distribution. I picked up the part myself from Grant as we are only 50 minutes away

We need a new outdoor, wall hung oil boiler and Grant was recommended by both our bolier maintenance and heating engineer. We are extremely pleased with it. It is solidly constructed, feels and looks very well made and runs smoothly. I'm confidant it will last many years.
