What a difference with the Grant oil boiler, house is warmer and combi should save us a fortune

Happy with the boiler - not happy that there are so few approved installers in order to get a competitive quote for the installation. No complaints about the installer, just the lack of competition.

Oliver and the team at Grant were extremely helpful and professional when our Grant air source heat pump developed a major fault. Rather than try to repair it, they sup[plied and fitted a brand new unit quickly and efficiently.

I had excellent customer support from Jamie today, he talked me through exactly what to do in order to get my heat pump working most effectively and answered all my questions.
We’re really happy with our system and it’s great knowing there is fantastic customer support on hand.

Replaced the old oil boiler with a Grants Pro External Condensing Oil Boiler and have to say, what a great inprovement. Quieter, smaller, far more efficient and very easy to use. The ten year warranty is a bonus.

I had some problems with the baffles in my boiler and the Technical Team at Grant responded quickly to my enquiry and provided helpful information.
Technical Support Manager Paul Applewhite went beyond expectation to solve my problem.

We had a boiler installed 5 years ago when we moved into our house, then it was revealed to us recently that it had a hole in it. Five years didn’t seem very long for a boiler. One year out of warranty which was quite frustrating.

Dougal of Gas Aid was excellent and nothing was to much trouble.

Been up and running for a week now. Fast heat up and quiet running. Much more efficient than my 20 year old boiler it replaced

The new boiler works perfectly. Very smooth running and efficient. No smells and quieter than our last one. Highly recommended. Grant has made a great product.

The heat pump was installed in my house which is rented. The tenants tell me that it cannot heat the house any more than 19.5º. The engineer told them that it's because it's a big house - 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious reception rooms etc. They are happy with this but I'm wondering whether it should be able to get it a bit higher. Also I hope that when it gets really cold that the temperature will stay at least that high.

Boiler functioning reliably.

Boiler installation was 4 years ago. Still working fine but had to replace all 4 brass pump valves. Luckily I'm mechanically skilled or I would dread the call out cost

I had a fault with my heat pump. Georgia was so helpful and patient with me and organised a professional called Nial to visit. Nial fixed the problem with calm effiency. He very patiently explained what had happened. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Georgia and Nial
