Excellent service. First, I was worried if the 'divide and conquer' (Grdn call it their 21" 2 level cooking system) would fit my Louisiana Grills 24" (60 cm) Ceramic Kamado from Costco. I communicated via their chat box and asked about the external dimensions of the product. An accurate answer came back very quickly and the product fits perfectly.
Second, after receiving the enamelled cast iron Plancha I emailed them to ask about the recommended maintenance and cleaning and they emailed me these instructions immediately (although I was surprised that these instructions weren't in the box).

Wow, this is such an epic piece of kit. First bought a Kamado from Aldi 2 years ago and progressed towards this ultimate item - Kamado +, the accessories, the soft close lid, the lid catch etc plus the buying process all added ip to an ultimate premium experience. Very pleased

the go to place if you have bought a LG grill from Costco and want any accessories for it. Christian is very helpful and will give honest advice, there new shop is well worth a visit but beware you may spend more than you wanted to when you see all the accessories he has in store.

Great product but delivery wasn't good, was not delivered to my home address as required but too a local shop and it was very heavy to lift into the car I had to get help from the shop owner, embarrassing procedure. Otherwise all was ok

After having balked at the price of branded wire mesh gaskets for my kamoda, I came across this wire mesh gasket from grden, it looked similar and sizes were right, but as it was not for my kamoda, I was a little hesitant and a bit wary of what seemed a really good price. I shouldn’t have been, the item arrived in the time frame given, was well made and had enough for too and bottom, with joining strips. It was raining the first night so couldn’t fit it, managed to last night, only took an hour (including removing the old gasket and cleaning with a wire brush attachment to a drill) the gasket went on really well, I added a bit of copper gasket maker just for good measure, with a bit extra under the join.
It looks so good on my kamodo classic, fits well and closes with the weight of the lid, the seal is really good.
This is a great gasket , wish I’d of done this sooner!
