. Saw a Gp git antibiotics submitted a claim via telephone as soon as I returned home on the 3.7.2026 never heard anything back. Wont be using again as there has been no feedback whatsoever.

The whole register online was a pain ... click this link, now add you policy number, wait for email with verification code close email to get the email with code go back through it all again and back to we'll send a verification code back and forth I dont want to register I just want my documents sending via email so I can print them off and go on holiday... I dont want to log in everytime I want to see my documents.

Terrible service support. The travel insurance documents that they emailed were not helping for the visa application. And my visa application already expired since it took their support service took ages to respond

I booked this insurance for my son
I booked this insurance for my son. It was a very straightforward process. I very pleased with the policy and what it includes. My only criticism would be that I did not get an option to extend cover to more far east countries. He will be away for a few months in Thailand Vietnam and other places possibly. Hopefully he won’t need it!

Pay more for a real insurer,not a broker
Rubbish and won't pay out but will spend much more in man hours trying to deny your claim. My claim was for around £500 and they must have spent at least twice this so far in wages to the swarms of people they employ to deny claims, and they are an agent for an agent so the whole saving money thing really is false value. Go straight to the big companies, pay a little more and have peace of mind. This lot are a tin pot venture and frustratingly slow
