Unsure if they exist!!
So far not good put a claim in weeks ago not heard anything back emailed several times for an update and still nothing I don’t no of they want anymore information or looking into it because I don’t get any feedback back from them

Outsourced Claims Nightmare
Great reviews on Trustpilot which is why I chose this company.
What they don't tell you is that they outsource their claims handling to a company called Gallagher Bassett who are absolutely awful and I suspect they purposefully delay claims in order to not process payments to customers.
Also as a warning... their Cancellation & Curtailment DOES NOT cover flight cancellations.
