I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company regarding my refund. Despite numerous emails that I have sent inquiring about the status of my refund, it has not been issued to me, and there has been a lack of communication from your end which has been frustrating.
As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive a refund for services that were not rendered as expected. I have followed all the required procedures and provided all necessary information in order to receive my refund. However, it has been several weeks since I first requested a refund and I have yet to receive any response from your company.
I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but the lack of communication and delay in processing my refund has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I have attempted to contact your company through various channels, but my efforts have been met with silence.
I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with an update on the status of my refund. I believe that it is unacceptable to treat customers in this manner and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation as soon as possible.

GNV is a Con Game
My husband and I moved from NYC to Montreal and hired GNV to assist with acquiring residency through family sponsorship, since I am a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada. Long story short they were quick with taking our money (close to 10K USD) but never submitted an application to immigration even though we paid 3K to fast track the submission. Unfortunately we could not get our money refunded from these crooks. They manufactured lies without compunction when I tried to seek restitution. Seems the Sr. Account manager assigned to our case was never an RCIC. Somehow that was our 'misunderstanding'. Naturally they stated there was an RCIC who was waiting to be assigned to our case?! They are polished con artists who get away with this scam. Since they did absolutely nothing but rob us and churn out lies under the guise of diplomacy, we managed to get the ball rolling and just got approved for our Undertaking in Quebec, giving the green light for our residency application to be processed. Do not hire this company. Either do the paperwork yourself or hire an independent RCIC. You will be spared the trauma of theft and the crisis of starting the immigration process from scratch!
Follow up to GNV’s canned virtue-signaling response; I wasted time trying to ‘resolve’ this issue with you, even engaging a BBB customer rep. and my credit card company, to no avail. As other real reviewers attest you use immigration services as a front to extort money from people desperately trying to relocate and better their lives. Any invitation by GNV to resolve a dispute is simply smoke and mirrors. Once you give them your money they will hook you into paying more while absolutely nothing is done to facilitate residency. Having spent the past months fulfilling the requirements to attain sponsorship and Undertaking in Quebec, it’s clear to me that GNV did absolutely nothing to achieve this end, other than to rob me.

We would like to preface this by expressing our deepest apologies for the frustration and disappointment you have experienced with our service. We understand that you have decided to proceed with the immigration process on your own and expected compensation.
Upon reviewing your records, we have discovered that your account manager did not present themselves as an RCIC. Our company policy is to assign an RCIC to clients upon completion of the process, as stated on our website. Additionally, your account manager did inform you that the process was incomplete, and the immigration department contacted you regarding missing documents. However, we regret any miscommunication or misunderstandings that may have occurred between you and your account manager.

Just money minded ! Would not give single information unless u pay them . Pathetic customer service ! One of there reps. Your Rep called me and tells me that he had given me all the information in July 22 and was not ready to give any further information telling me that I can call them when I am serious . It’s good that I never went with Great North Visa ! This shows their class.

Be aware.
They are scammers.
To canadian visa costs 400 dollars and they are asking 1500 dollars.
Plus, you are actually dealing with a domain ".co.uk" and not ".com".

Pushing for payment or card details through the phone
I got a call after I register my interest on migration, agent was asking for my eligibility information after ask for my bank card 6 digit.. later I checked with my friend on banking sector I provided that .For the registration purposes he ask me to pay USD 1450 while on the call itself, I decided that bcz he wants my card details to finish this application or he send a link for this purpose. I ask him I need some proof before i do the payment like a evaluation that me and my family is eligible for the migration program or which visa is suitable for as to enter Canada.

This fee is for a family eligibility evaluation. Our evaluation is an in-depth report about all the immigration programs you and your family might qualify for. In most cases, especially when clients are interested in immigration, we offer this service to ensure that they can apply for the visa they want. Furthermore, it allows us to see if there are more suitable and cost-effective options for you.
We understand now that this service may not have been suitable for your goals. However, please note that we cannot start a complicated visa process right away without assessing your profiles beforehand, as we would bear a big risk of helping you apply for a program you're not suitable for and therefore, significantly reduce your chances of getting your visa.

Do not use this Company
Do not use this company. Firstly how can trust pilot verify this company based on their domain name alone? Go to an actual Immigration lawyer and avoid intermediary scammers like this company. I agree with all the other bad reviews of this company. Bad communication, awful at answering questions directly. They run an hourly rate of 400 USD which is ridiculous. Since dealing with this company I have spoken to an actual immigration lawyer who confirmed the action this company took was fraudulent. They should have never made an application in the first place. Any proper lawyer can tell you what your CRS score will be before making any application. This company will try and take thousands of dollars or pounds from you only to turn around and say your score is not high enough. Do not expect any refund from them. Their address is fraudulent and this has been confirmed by RCMP. Go directly to an immigration lawyer and avoid this company.
UPDATE since Great North Visa replied.
1. I have provided you with my details and you have made no effort to contact me directly, so your generic copy and paste response of "We would be happy to look into your case and work together to resolve any issues" is empty and useless.
2. You say my case was finalized with your customer relations department which is not true. You refused to answer my questions and stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. You said I had agreed to clauses in your Terms and conditions which no one could clarify or answer. I was handed around to several different people in your customer relations department because no one could answer my simple questions about where I had agreed to these clauses.
3. At no point did I ever speak to or was contacted by an "Authorized Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant". Anyone reading this review, you can go directly to Authorized Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and not have to deal with an intermediate company like this one. Like I said above in my original review a proper consultant will tell you your CRS score for far less than this companies extortionate hourly rate.
4. You say that "your account manager did inform you of your low CRS score". Your are correct, however he only told me this months after making an application. You should have never made the application in the first place. You do not need to make an application to know what my CRS score is. You clearly made the application so you could charge me by your extortionate hourly rate.
5. Another generic copy and paste response of "we look forward to making any necessary improvements based on your feedback" I highly doubt this. I also highly doubt Great North Visa will ever contact me directly to "work together to resolve any issues".
Again avoid this company and go directly to an Immigration Consultant.

Great North Visa is a private immigration company that operates worldwide. We subcontract fully authorized Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants. These are consultants of good standing, certified by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Authority (ICCRC).
As a private company, we have our own operating expenses and our service fees may differ than those of other private companies, lawyers, or the government. However, we understand that our services and fees may not be suitable to everyone, and you are free to work with any company you choose.
As for your specific case, your account manager did inform you of your low CRS score and waited for you to give a final decision about whether you would like to continue or not.
