I received a clear, detailed design and costing for the recommended installation which was in conjunction with having my roof tiles replaced. Green Pulse Energy worked seamlessly with the roofer to ensure that the job went smoothly. All the Green Pulse Energy fitters and electricians were polite, friendly, helpful and professional and somehow managed to work around the awful wet weather in remarkably good humour. Erin at the office ensured that the admin was up to date. Dwayne, the chief electrician, was particularly helpful in explaining the separate components of the system and how to use the App and also came up with a viable solution to a possible problem which actually sorted itself out.
I thoroughly recommend this company.

Responsive and knowledgeable support following a change of Wi-Fi, initial troubleshooting hadn’t resolved the issue, but thanks to Dwayne’s advice and support everything is restored as it should be.

Excellent service provided by Green Pulse throughout the entire process! A year later and the installation of 8 panels has reduced my average monthly energy bills from nearly £300 to £100 per month! Brilliant service, highly recommend!

Booked Engineer to check our Inverter as online monitoring indicated a possible slight fault. Engineer arrived and inspected Inverter but, found no fault. 48hrs later I logged into online monitoring and found the Panels had not generated electricity since his visit. Contacted Technical Team who responded rapidly and Engineer arrived that afternoon. After looking at Inverter he elected to perform a System Procedure Failure (Day Light) and Panels were reinstated. He advised no WiFi and performed a Factory Reset on the TP Powerline boxes that connect the Inverter to our Home Hub. I later observed the TP Link was not working. I sent a polite email setting out my whole experience to Lee Oxley asking if he could send someone to reset the link for me. I received neither an acknowledgement of my email nor a reply nor did anyone from the Company contact me and still hasn't. I was lucky to meet a friend who is a Senior IT Expert working for an international Company who responded with instructions to reset the TP Link, which was successful.

Green Pulse were really helpful, professional and compassionate when we needed to remove a solar panel (the original installer had installed it overlapping with our neighbour's roof but refused to move or remove it).

They did a site survey to establish whether it would be possible and safe to move it fully onto our roof and, when that proved impossible, they removed it without damaging it as well as making good the bird-proofing around the remaining panels and the tiles where that panel had been.

They helped us draw a line under what had been a really stressful situation so we're really appreciative.

Bad experience. Criminal gang, never use this company, they are deceitful. The owner Lee Oxley claimed that he will sort out my domestic RHI payments as part of the installation of ASHP, every month would come up with different stories, until the 1 year period elapsed. A couple of months before the 1 year, came to service the ASHP, said he will forward date the process and took all the paper work to complete in his office, after this never took my calls again, until I used my daughters phone to call him. He has blocked all numbers pertaining to me. I got no incentive despite spending about £16,0000 with this company. This price also included a battery pack for solar panels that has never worked.

We used Green Pulse Energy Ltd for a painting job, they were highly recommended to us by a neighbour. Carl arrived on time was very personable, tidy and did a very good job. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Green pulse energy installed our solar panel system in August. They installed 12 panels, battery, solar iboost, inverter and bird proofing within half a day. Scaffolding was down within 3 weeks. Very efficient and professional staff. Staff showed us how the system worked and we're happy to answer any questions we had. We went with green pulse energy as they were the most knowledgeable and competitively priced installer. They did not add on costs like Solar Together did. Would highly recommend Green Pulse Energy.

Now onto my third solar system from Green Pulse and I couldn’t be happier.

First system was 40 panels on my pub restaurant and in just under two years has saved me 10000.00. The installation was clean, quick, un intrusive and very professional!

Second system was on my house, this time 10 panels but this time with an iboost for the hot water. This meant from mid April we could turn off the boiler completely as not only did the system power the house, send power back to the grid but also provide us with hot water all day. Again the installation was great and so easy.

Third system was back on my pub restaurant with another 6 panels and an inverter attached to the immersion heater. Our business uses a lot of hot water so now the boiler will hardly get used during the summer months.

After sales have been great, nothings to much trouble and you even get an app to tell what your system is doing and how it’s performing.

Definitely will use again and recommend.

I went through two rounds of estimates before committing to having Solar PV + storage installed at my property; roughly a year apart.

As with all large investments, I spent the time to get at least 3 quotes from various vendors. GPE was not only price-competitive, but they were also the only vendor who performed an on-site survey before their initial proposal. On top of that, both sales people I dealt with (in 2022 and 2023) were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating when queried for alternatives (brands, configurations, power / storage capacity etc).

Both the technical survey and physical installation teams were, again, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. When it came to “points of no return”, such as panel installation, wire runs, etc, they made sure that I fully understood what they intended to do and was happy with the suggested approach. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and I’m very happy with the final result.

Despite taking half a day longer than expected to complete my install, there were no “final bill shocks”; my final bill was exactly as quoted.

Only time will tell when it comes to the quality of after-installation support, but I’ll make sure to update this review if they don’t live up to the expectation they’ve now set for themselves.

I had had a couple of quotes for solar panels and both were way over priced so the payback period didn't work at all. I thought I'd have one more go and contacted Green Pulse Energy. Ben Sherwood and team went through a comphrehensive process of understanding my needs, designing the system and costing it. I was pleasently surprised at the cost which ment a payback period of around 8 years. There were a few changes made through our discussions and it was fitted end May 23. A trench was dig to hide cables, panels fitted with very good alignment and all equipment fitted was very neat and tidy. The system has been running now for nearly 3 months and has worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Ben and Green Pulse Energy if your struggling to get a sensible quote.

I have been contemplating solar panels for some time and had Green Pulse Energy Ltd recommended by several friends within the industry. In choosing them I was not disappointed, their approach was professional from start to finish, and at no time did I feel that I was being sold unnecessary equipment. When the installation team arrived, they were clean, efficient, and polite. Not a speck of rubbish was left behind, it is a small detail but one I think makes all the difference.

Green Pulse fitted a 6.24 kw solar array in October 2022 and a 9.5 kw battery in November 2022. I wanted to give it a good chunk of time before I wrote a review to make sure it's working as it should, and I can't fault the system, it is working perfectly. The tradesman were professional and efficient, and turned up on time. The salesman who came to my house initially was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and advised on what system would be most suitable for my needs. The people in the office kept me informed as to how my order was progressing. It was a good experience from start to finish

From start to finish this was a very pleasant journey.
Nine panels installed on the roof. Solis Inverter 2 x 5KW batteries located neatly in the garage and finally a booster for the hot water placed in the airing cupboard.

Meter readings taken for the last two days show no electric at all has been used from the National Grid. What's not to like?

The service from Green Pulse Energy from start to finish was excellent. Ben was very patient to keep answering my questions and providing multiple different quotes as I wasn't sure what I wanted until we had got it just right.

Installation was incredibly smooth and all done in one day with 10 panels across two roofs, a 5kw battery and a 3.6kw inverter. All the guys were very polite, friendly, clean and tidy. They were also happy to answer my many questions on the day.

Having had the panels for two weeks now I am delighted with the decision, our electricity use is down 94% already.
