Had a solar system with battery installed in 2022 and all been working perfectly since, would highly recommend Green Pulse.

Having searched for a company to quote for and install a solar microgeneration system, I chose Green Pulse Energy.

From start to finish the company worked diligently to find out what would be best for us and the energy needs of our home. The system we have is working perfectly for us - supplying and storing electricity, charging the EV and heating water when there is excess solar energy.

Combined with an Octopus Energy ECO7 tariff and a export tariff that comes into its own in the summer months, two years on, the microgeneration system is working as well as when it was first installed, and still saving money.

Another reason why I’m glad I chose Green Pulse Energy because the customer care and post-installation support has been great. It is a significant investment to make and it’s good to know that there is support should you need it.

I’m thinking of adding 5kW more home battery storage to the system and I wouldn’t look elsewhere because I’m confident in the expertise and trustworthiness of this company.

It's a little over a year since our solar panels were fitted. From my first contact with this company everything flowed perfectly. The representative who initially visited us explained the procedures and expected results. We had enquired elsewhere and his information tallied completely with what we were expecting. The price was good and the date for fitting very reasonable. The fitters arrived promptly and the work carried out politely and efficiently. We would definitely recommend this company

We had solar panels fitted 2 years ago, very delighted how they function. We saved absolute fortune because it heats our water in summer too. We needed extra advice on overnight charger of the grid for the battery and their support was immediate, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The company adviser was very clear and helpful in considering the options. The solar panels were fitted soon afterwards. The fitting staff were very cheerful and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently the installation took place . I did have to chase up all the paperwork but was then given assistance in completing this. Over a year later
there has been a notable difference in our energy consumption plus we receive payment from energy fed back to the grid.

Had solar panels fitted in March 2022 and everything has been fine since. The installation went smoothly and I was pleased with the system on completion. Thanks to Green Pulse Energy for a professional service. I had multiple quotes prior to choosing Green Pulse and chose them because they were local and allowed me to visit their work site prior to signing for the work to proceed.

GreenPulse provided a first class installation and service. Their communication was good and their price was competitive.
Following the installation, there were issues with the Inverter that required their support to push the manufacturer to fix the issue. I have nothing but praise for what they did, as they made additional visits to site to assist in the proving to the manufacturer that it was the manufacturer’s issue to fix. This has now been resolved.

Very good and panel are working fine after 3 yrs.

We had a solar panel system installed approximately 2 years ago followed by a battery and then a EV charge point. We were very pleased with the work which was expertly installed. Although we did have a small problem with hooking everything up to our electricity provided this was soon sorted. Would certainly recommend

Very helpful team who were prepared to visit several times to ensure the best location and provision for our particular needs (ground mounted panels). Did not over sell the product which they could have easily done.
The system has worked well but recently had to change internet router which interrupted the data connection which proved challenging to regain the solar edge link.

This is the second occasion that I have used Green Pulse Energy. I would thoroughly recommend the company and their professional and very friendly approach. The site contractors are super, especially Mike who went above and beyond and all have done an excellent job. I shall continue to use them going forwards

Very happy with the service from Green Pulse Energy. I'm in an odd situation where my existing solar inverter failed, but I'm not quite ready to buy a replacement so they agreed to lease me one at a reasonable fee so that I can continue to generate electricity in the meantime while I decide which model of inverter I want to install permanently. Green Pulse gave us good advice on how to best upgrade our existing solar power provision, adding more panels and a battery. There was recently a problem with one part of the system and assessment and repair were carried out on time, efficiently and with a minimum of disturbance, The post-installation service has been excellent and I am confident that they will continue to respond quickly to any queries or problems we may have.

Installed on time. Competitive pricing. Full instruction on everything. Great follow up service. Had real issues with Scottish Power getting credit and they were with me all the way.

A couple of years ago Green Pulse Energy quoted and installed a 50kw (180 panel) solar system with 4 separate inverters for our business on our commercial building. They diligently worked to help design a system that would match our complex electricity requirements with industrial freezers located in 3 separate buildings.

I received a clear, detailed design and costing for the recommended installation which was in conjunction with having my roof tiles replaced. Green Pulse Energy worked seamlessly with the roofer to ensure that the job went smoothly. All the Green Pulse Energy fitters and electricians were polite, friendly, helpful and professional and somehow managed to work around the awful wet weather in remarkably good humour. Erin at the office ensured that the admin was up to date. Dwayne, the chief electrician, was particularly helpful in explaining the separate components of the system and how to use the App and also came up with a viable solution to a possible problem which actually sorted itself out.
