All credit due to Paul Mason who has been brilliant and gone above and beyond. I had Green Pulse Energy install a solar battery system and was more than happy to have additional batteries and panel added a year later. Needed assistance to program charging and Paul was at hand to talk me through the complicated process. Can’t recommend Green Pulse Energy and very knowledgeable Paul Mason enough. Thanks.

I had solar fitted by Green Pulse, installed was a battery and iboost for hot water the speed in fitting all systems was very good. It was set up and got me off grid in the same day. I was impressed when other workers attended from other jobs to help their colleagues get everything done for the day. My Solar package after 2 years still impresses me daily on my savings and Generation money via Octopus who are the best energy provider in the UK. Having hot water without using my boiler is such a saving I'm able to shower everyday for free . Green Pulse have fulfilled my energy needs as well as combining Octopus Energy provider.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quote was the best of three and really looked to maximise the potential of the property. Staff were very friendly and professional. The installation was well communicated and delivered on time, with little fuss. The aftercare was excellent with on-going support to help ensure we are tracking our using and reducing where we can.
I would highly recommend Green Pulse to anyone curious about the possibility of solar power in their homes.

I have had solar panels from Green Pulse Energy for 15 months. I have just been on the phone asking lots of questions about my energy consumption, exporting to the grid and lots of other issues that a lay person doesn’t really have a working knowledge of. Paul was immensely patient, he answered all of my questions and gave me all of the answers I needed, as well as more information that he thought would be useful. All of this was delivered in a way that I can easily understand and use. He was patient, reassuring and supportive, reassuring me that I was not a bother and could come back and ask as many questions as I needed to. It was lovely to speak to somebody who was clearly very experienced and had a lot of knowledge. Most importantly, he made me feel like a valued customer. I couldn’t recommend the company highly enough.

Despite initially having a few issues where the panels didn’t work, nearly 2 years in all is still working as it should.

Green Pulse installed a GivEnergy Solar, Battery and EV charger system for me, two years ago. I was a little apprehensive at the time because there is no shortage of PV horror stories on t'internet.

The initial experience wasn't perfect. Green Pulse's communication was poor and the installation date slipped several times mostly due to GivEnergy supply problems. Balancing this, Green Pulse were open to changing - without charge - a couple of minor items on my system following recommendations from the engineer that did the detailed survey.

I wonder if the communication issue is being/has been resolved, as I recently received a courtesy call (thanks again, Paul - great to talk to you) to check up and confirm I am still happy.

I'm delighted to report the system has performed faultlessly for the past two years. Thumbs up for Green Pulse - they clearly did screw it all together properly.

This is the second time I've used Green Pulse; the first was to install solar panels and batteries, this time, to add two more batteries to the installation. Great service both times, always helpful and prompt. Whenever I've called them with questions, they have always either answered straight away or have called me back with the answer. It's nice to find a company that doesn't fob you off with platitudes and false promises to 'get back to you as soon as possible' ...

Moving to Norfolk from Hampshire in 2022, our first major purchase was having solar panels installed and what an excellent decision this turned out to be. The onsite assessment was conducted promptly and very professionally by the representative who ensured he had a full understanding of our needs and expectations. At no stage did we feel pressured into buying more than was needed and within a couple of weeks the installation was completed and we were reaping the benefits of the solar panels- a much reduced electricity bill with surplus energy used to heat the water and reduce our gas usage plus a generous buy back of any unused generation. Our energy costs have significantly decreased and we could not be happier with what Green Pulse Energy have provided and all at extremely competitive prices. A first class service from start to finish that continues to exceed our expectations.

Notified us in advance that the installation would start earlier than anticipated. Who doesn’t like that?
Did the whole lot in a day, the only hitch was that the guy didn’t have the right cable to join the two batteries together, so he went back to HQ and got the parts to make one himself. Impressive!
Won’t become millionaires from the income but the steady trickle helps offset the electric bill.

We were impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. We got two other quotes and although not the cheapest, their surveyors were the most thorough. The installation was quick and they speedily ironed-out a hitch which could have jeopardised the installation on the day. The electrician also deserves a mention. Their savings predictions have been accurate.

Green Pulse installed our PV system two years ago and or experience with them has been all positive. The sales team were very informative, the installation was quick and efficient, it all just works and has reduced our energy bills too!

Green Pulse installed our PV system quickly and without unnecessary disruption. They have continued to support us in managing the system since it was installed. The management app for the PV system has some shortcomings but Green Pulse has been able to work around these to make the setup work as we wanted.

Had a system installed by Green Pulse in early 2022 which had been working great until the battery developed a fault after a manufacturer firmware update. Manufacturer support didn't really help but Green Pulse sorted out a different battery and inverter with everything installed quickly to get our system running properly again.

Had solar panels and battery fitted in October 2022, from the initial quote and planning applications to the council to the fitting, green pulse kept me fully informed and couldn’t fault there work. Very competitive on price and the Givenergy system is great quality.

Had my system originally installed by Green Pulse in December 2022. Very happy with all aspects of the process, both planning and installation, and was especially impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and diligence of everyone I spoke with, especially Jacqui and Craig. You can also tell a lot about a company by the way they react to a problem after you've paid them. I had a small issue post install which Green Pulse sorted promptly and without any quibbles. Would happily recommend them to others considering solar.

Two years on since installation and everything still operating brilliantly, which is testament to Green Pulse's original work.
