Called on Monday to chase my batteries which have been at the office for over two weeks without explanation. I asked for Owner/Management to call me and was assured they would call on Tuesday. NO PHONE CALL.
I call on Wednesday, management are now on annual leave.
Told my battery might not be replaced for another 3 weeks. That would be 6 Months without working batteries.
Communication, not good enough. Customer Service, not good enough. Taking responsibilty for customers, not good enough.

Had installation carried out 7years ago and now have one panel not working . Was told optimiser not working and call-out cost would be £300 . Then panel started working and was told optimiser is not required .
A few months later panel failed and was told new optimiser was needed at £420 cost .
I feel this is not the way to treat loyal customers so will run with minus one panel

Great service, friendly Team. Everyone worked hard in the blistering heat to complete the job.
Everything is working well so here's to reaping the benefits of our investment.

Best decision I've made in a long time, solar energy is the way forward. After months of high electric bills I knew I needed to do something about it, so I had a meeting with Lee about solar panels to see if they would help me. Well Lee was fantastic, he answered all my questions and advised on the best system for me and my property. As soon as I saw the next electric bill I was on the phone to Lee at Green Pulse Energy to get the ball rolling, within a couple of days the scaffold went up and my new solar panels were fitted without any problems. The next day Lee and Chris came to install the inverter and battery, after a few hours they were finished and my new system was up and running, both Chris and Lee were amazing, explaining how the system works and setting up the solar app which i love, as I can see when the property is being powered by the solar or my fully charged battery or when we're sending back to the grid and they pay me for my electric.

Would highly recommend Green Pulse Energy for all your solar energy needs, Lee and his team are very knowledgeable and will help in any way they can.

We were very happy with our installation 2022 and wanted to move to an Octopus Agile tariff. Erin responded quickly and efficiently having altered our inverter settings to take full advantage of cheap electricity rates and instructions as to how to amend ourselves in the future. Great service.

Had a solar installation back in 2023, were very pleased with the whole process. We have just had a new router and were having issues connecting with our Solis inverter. After many hours of trying we contacted Green Pulse (Stacey) who e mailed a guide to help and offered further help if needed which we did. Erin then took up the query and gave us some very useful tips. Within 5 mins we were up and running. She was very friendly and reassuring that it wasn't just us that had these issues.
She even remembered speaking to us during our installation.

Great experience will GreenPulse end to end. Chris installed and ran us through our new inverter / battery. Super helpful and quick install, cannot say enough good things. Both Erin and Jamie were also super helpful and responsive with facilitating and the initial survey respectively. From inital enquiry to install - 2 weeks, cannot say better than that! Thanks Team.

Prompt service. Chris the engineer came out. He was so knowledgeable and supportive. An additional call the following day was so helpful in how to maximise the use of the system. Initially communication wasn’t great and took a while to get started but a great job was done and communication improved. Very happy with the work, the completed job, quality of the work and products used. Would recommend this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I found Chris very knowledgeable way communicator explained everything in detail. The girls Erin n Stacey n Ellis were patient efficient n excellent with customer service. All in all a very good service n I would highly recommend them

Great customer service from Erin to resolve a problem with the inverter password. Friendly and responsive.
Also received a generous gift card for recommending the company to a neighbour who is also pleased with the service received.
In the context of lots of competition in the solar market, it’s great to have a local company which looks after you.

Erin was very helpful with a battery issue I had. After some back and forth and liaison with Give Energy and Octopus the issue was resolved

If I could give this company a platinum star I would. 5/5 is inadequate - their customer service in the situation I was having to deal with was super first class. Solar Edge, the inverter manufacturer are shocking to deal with and EE the internet provider just had me going round in circles for 3 days. Up to the plate stepped Erin at Green Pulse. For 36hrs she persisted in resolving what 2 major companies couldn’t do. Patient, clear instructions and continued follow up to eventual success. I am not a new customer with no warranty any more so could have been cast aside but I felt as cared for as if I was brand new. Thank you Erin and thanks to Green Pulse for employing such special people.

Dealing with Green Pulse from the start was excellent. Erin couldn’t have been more helpful. The guys who came were great. Very respectful of the property. Cleaned away everything so much so you wouldn’t know they had been.
Very highly recommended.

I emailed Green Pulse on Friday regarding the issue on my Tesla solar system which had just gone down, on Monday I was informed that Green Pulse were speaking to Tesla regarding the issue. Erin from Green Pulse phoned Tuesday to say the electrician would be coming in the afternoon to look at the issue. Chris arrived and within 20 minutes the system was up and running. A first class service from Green Pulse.

Green Pulse are a Duracell Energy Platinmum Partner, they are a pleasure to do business with and we know our customers are in great hands if they choose GPE as an Installer, Erin especially goes the extra mile for their customers!

Great service turned up on time very friendly knowledgable about the business competitive price. Would use them again and highly recommend them

We had an issue with the panel/inverter/battery connection
Rang GP Paul arranged for an engineer to try and reconnect within the week, it took a call by GP to solar edge and after 2 days, problem solved. Only wasn't too happy with the charge £120 seeing as the original installation only was completed in Sept 2024.I realise there were lots of issues with our original install not the fault of GP

My broadband was disconnected from the battery and after talking to the Tech department they resolved the issue. Northing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I’ve found them helpful, reliable and I thoroughly recommend this Company.

Great service my solar panels was not working phone green pulse and talked to them very friendly and helpful and they sent out a installer to have a look he was fantastic and he found the fault straight away and was fixed in minutes fantastic
