Green Pulse Energy Ltd Reviews 

A survey was completed at my property at the end of July, and I am still waiting for my quote. I have chased twice and been told I will have it very soon. My last chase-up has been ignored. I work in Sales myself, and if this were my company, I would want to know about it.

We have just had a 29-panel installation with Solar Edge technology and battery. The service from start to finish has been exceptional. No pushy sales, Ben was completely transparent about all aspects of the system and answered all queries and questions we had along the way. The installation team of both roofers and electricians worked hard, tidied up, and were very professional - they even replaced existing broken tiles across our roof when installing the panels. They were very considerate of the age of our property (1900s) when considering the installation - instructing a structural engineer to assess our roof. Happy to recommend them.

They are terrible very bad organized they charge double or triple to customer for the panels and they not even food panels for that price so not recommended at all before you book check the price from the website amd see how much they charge on top

I used Green Pulse for a new solar system and found them to be very helpful as I didn't really know what I needed or what was involved! The staff were all knowledgeable and from start to finish and the project went without a hitch. The installation team were brilliant and got everything done quickly and efficiently.

Top Notch from start to finish. No messing around. We have been told before we couldn't have solar panels from other firms as part of our roof is flat. This company sent a chap round, he had a good look at my roof and told us it could be done.
Ive mostly been in contact with Ewan in the office, he was super helpful.
One the day of fitting three fellas turned up in the pouring rain, fitted my panels, the chap on the roof got totally soaked. They were friendly, tidy and efficient. I checked my meter after 1 week and all I have is £6 to pay which is mostly standard charge and from the day one when I forgot solar doesnt work at night and switched the tumble dryer on... DOH!

From enquiry to installation this company provides quick, efficient, friendly service. The fitting team were courteous, tidy and helpful. No question was too small to be answered. The paperwork provided was comprehensively explained. I have no hesitation in recommending Green Pulse to anyone else contemplating renewable energy.

We contacted Green Pulse Energy regarding our Inverter. From the word go they were really helpful. Dave the Electrician came within a couple of days. New Inverter installed so all up and running. A really nice guy. Very efficient and pleasant. Thank you to you all for your help and assistance. We could certainly recommend this company.

I used Green Pulse Energy to install an electric vehicle charger and an upgraded consumer unit. Very competitive quote and work was carried out in a timely manner. Workmen were courteous and very clean and tidy in their work. I have used the company before and will be using them again. I would definitely recommend the company.

My solar PV was tripping, and after a very bad experience with another company, I called Green Pulse Energy Ltd on Thursday 9/12: they arranged an electrician for the Tuesday at 10, he arrived on time and I had my solar up and running within two hours.
Excellent, inexpensive and responsive!!

I have rang Green Pulse Energy ltd on 22nd Oct 2021 for a problem with idle solar panels. It wasn't working with a display of NO GRID and some red lights.
The staff from the company rang me back and spent 20 minuites explaining the fault and remedial measures at zero cost to me. I think this is an excellent customer service and will trust this company to do business with my future solar panel issues.

I needed some help with bird proofing my solar panels, after having a problem with pigeons and doves getting under them. After searching the Internet, I came across Green Pulse Energy, and am very pleased I did. I rung them expecting a long wait, but was surprised to be booked in two days later.
The gentleman who turned up to do the work for me, was easy going, hard working, and did a perfect job. The wire that was attached to the panels was done neatly and professionally. I also asked for them to be cleaned, of which he did an amazing job considering how filthy they were, afterwards they looked like new.
Stacey who booked me in was very efficient, and also rung after the job was completed to ask if I was happy with it, which of course I was.
So all in all, I'd definitely recommend Green pulse energy.

Excellent company. We had a problem with pigeons nesting under the solar panels. One call to Green Pulse Energy and the problem was solved. From start to finish the communication was superb. I recently had Green Pulse Energy install netting around my solar panels to combat unwanted dove and pigeon presence.
My experience was second to none, prompt responses to emails, timely arrival on site, and installer was extremely pleasant, polite and efficient. He worked quickly and safely and removed any rubbish from site.
