Green pulse installed the solar PV system very quickly and efficiently.
A very good service and they took care of all the technical stuff.

I contacted Green pulse energy following a google search for help with problems with solar panels.
I had a fault sign showing on iboost panel. I telephoned and left contact details for an engineer to call back which they did within a couple of hours. The engineer advised what the problem might be and for me to check the batteries. This was all it took to have the equipment working again correctly. I am very grateful for the help and at no cost. Will definitely use this company again if I get any further issues.

Engaged with Greenpulse to have a solar pv system pigeon proofed. Gemma in the office was most helpful. Daryl arrived promptly and set about the job in a very competent manner. Excellent performance all round.

I was referred by a friend to contact green pulse for my solar pv system. They came out the next day to survey my house to find the best positioning for the panels and cables. Corey was just excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable when the fitters (Mark & Daryl) came to fit the system around 2 weeks later, both very friendly and had the whole system up and running by 4 in the afternoon. Very happy with everything and would recommend green pulse!

Everyone went out of their way to help us get our solar panels bird proofed. Spoke to Gemma in the office on Tuesday and Daryl completed the bird proofing on Friday morning. He was so quick and efficient and all done within an hour. The scaffolders were great too.

The overall installation was very good, in particular both the installer of the mesh and the scaffolders were extremely professional and very careful. The only frustrating part was whether the job needed scaffolding or not. I would certainly recommend the company but further care is required when deciding how the works will be carried out.

They came to get the pigeons out and remove the nesting and put up meshing to keep them from going in (I can’t remember the guys name who came down) but he was professional! And polite! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Stacey booked us in very quickly to have our solar panels bird proofed when birds started trying to build nests. The fitter was due at 8am but was already up his ladder by 7:50am! No scaffolding, no fuss, just very prompt and efficient installation of the wire mesh. 10 Panels done within the hour. Very highly recommended. 5*

Contacted Green Pulse when my solar panels stopped working. david arrived promptly having already phoned to advise he was on his way. Polite and efficient he did a thorough check of the system and found some loose connections. Within a hour my sytem was working again. Would highly recommend.

The only issue was in getting an accurate quote for the scaffolding. This was taken on board by the company and will hopefully be resolved for future customers.

Extremely efficient and courteous service. I had a problem with my PV system (not installed by Green Pulse) The original installers did not want to know! Paul was able to diagnose the problem and send me a quote within the hour. The engineer Daryl turned up on time as promised and repaired the fault. He explained what he was doing at every stage.
The system is now working and I am very happy! Have set up an annual maintenance contract for piece of mind.

Green Pulse Energy were invited to design and provide PV solar panels for our eco house as we built it in 2017. Lee designed the system and recommended the 16 panels and solar edge inverter. The fitter worked with the roofers to fix the brackets and then panels sharing their scaffolding. All the paperwork was successfully done to receive the feed in tariff. A year later we had a Power Diverter fitted to use surplus solar energy to heat the hot water. This system has all worked extremely well and we have been very pleased. We produce on average 4,500 kWh of electricity each year. Approximately half our energy needs (including our EV) are supplied by the solar panels. We are now approaching Green Pulse Energy to fit a battery for us! We are very happy to recommend Green Pulse Energy.

My Solar Inverter stopped working. I called Steve who was extremely helpful. He said he would get an Engineer to me the very next morning. The engineer was here at the most, 10 minutes and repaired the Inverter. Although it was an expensive 10 minutes. I am very grateful their help and would certainly use them again. Thank you again Steve you were wonderful and a credit to Green Pulse.

Problem with Solar Installation 9 years old. Generation erratic after heavy rain. Problem diagnosed with water ingress to connectors on the roof. Problem was expertly fixed by Daryl who also replaced some broken tiles and cleaned out the gutter whilst the scaffold was in place. Many thanks to Steve and Paul for organising it all and the scaffold team (C.Evans) for their hard work and good humour in the rain.

Great service received from Green Pulse. Both the panel fitter and electrician did great jobs... very friendly and tidy. The company appears very professional in terms of documentation and in guiding you through the process. Would definitely recommend.

Nice guy - arrived on time but couldn;t fix my problem and volunteered no service (like cleaning my solar panels) despite very high charge. Disappointing.

Very prompt response to initial request for a visit when our inverter was not operating properly, and speedy installation of a new one, ensuring limited loss of generation.
Great customer service from everyone and Daryl was quick and professional with the installation, even solving the problem we had with pigeons!
