First time using Gridserve, very straightforward.

Convenient location, plenty of chargers available, but charging rates fell well short of expectation on 350kw charger. Only getting around 60kw rate on this occation.

Ronald was the best over the phone customer service operator when one avenue of assisting me didn’t work he quickly found another without hesitation absolute legend

Kerri dealt with my case and was super helpful, she is very polite and caring and I felt she took care of everything. She was very friendly and sorted out everything.

High speed chargers at Reading eastbound wouldn’t work with 2026 Vauxhall Frontera. Tried different connectors on two different machines with GRIDSERVE app and normal contactless only to receive error messages. Eventually found a slower GRIDSERVE machine which worked. Frustrating experience.

Initially tried the unit at Oxford services both units were not working, made my way to Cherwell valley where I found a charger while this was technically working considering how expensive your chargers are (I believe you have the most expensive chargers now) the performance was unacceptable a 175kw max charger barely managed 40kw is unacceptable I think I would have preferred there to be less charges that actually perform somewhere near there advertised speed and wait for one to be available it would probably have been quicker I have not had such a frustrating charge in a long time

The price is mental, used mfg in the morning at half cost.

Great charge but expensive

M6 CHARGING IS VERY POOR , ADVERTISED AS HIGH POWERED , ABSOLUTLY NOT, POOREST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH CHARGING POINTS IN 2 YEARS. IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS I TRAVELED FROM SOUTH OF FRANCE WITH FAST RELIABLE CHARGER ARRIVE IN UK SLOW UNRELIABLE AND INCONSITANT.

Ronald - Yes, a real hooman! He made my day today in his very prompt and efficient help and provision of receipts. It improved my opinion of Gridserve (yet another EV charge supplier). I am twice as likely to use the company again. Thank you Ronald.

We stopped at a major services on M5 (Gordano) to discover there was only one charger on the site. We waited for a previous user to finish, and there were other people waiting after us too as well as some who decided not to wait.
It was expensive at 92p/kwh and seemed very slow. Whilst we were waiting we thought we would use the AC slow charger to start to top up, but that wouldn't connect at all.
Not a great experience.

Absolute waste of time stopping at this super new site on the M1. Wasted 20 minutes trying several charges before giving up to find a “normal”
rapid charger with other brand. It’s great advertising 400kw charge rates but if most cars are unable to use this then what a waste of investors money and drivers time. Dead duck

Tracey dealt with my enquiry very well and was incedibly helpful. Even set me up an auto service to get receipts sent through in future. Excellent service.

Too expensive even I charge with my app . 0.92p per KW 😡

Connected cable used contactless to start charging . Was successful and started to charge . Went into services came back out after half an hour and it had stopped . Had to reconnect and start over . Lost half an hour of my valuable time . Very poor !

Charger connected quickly through the app. Although the cost at £0.92 was very expensive!!

Stopped at GridServe at Moto Toddington Northbound after returning from holiday to get a top up to reach home. None of the charge points had a working screen and both I tried rejected my debit card. I had to use the app to start the charge and use a credit card in Apple Pay to get an actual charge.
