DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I placed an order (a 5x10 ml samples set for £19) on 7th of May. It is now 16th of August. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PARCEL.
The estimated delivery was between 8th and 13th of May. After two weeks I decided to follow up by contacting Orders email address, providing the tracking information, asking for an explanation for the delay, and for a refund if the parcel is lost. I got a reply the very next day from Elodie (from Support email address ), that they will investigate, apologising for the inconvenience. Considering the fast reply, I was optimistic about the positive outcome. Unfortunately, that was the first and the last time I heard from them in regards to the paid, never delivered parcel.
A month after that (!!) I tried contacting the same email, no reply. My final try was a month and a half after the estimated delivery. Still waiting for a reply as well as for a refund.
Inexistent customer service. If I could, I would give zero stars.

After investigating your case, I can confirm that your parcel was unfortunately lost by Evri during transit. This explains why you never received it despite our initial dispatch.
I deeply apologise for Elodie's failure to follow up after her initial response and for our complete lack of communication since then. This falls well below our service standards, and there's no excuse for leaving you without resolution for over three months.
We're sending another complete set to you immediately via priority shipping. You should receive tracking information within 24 hours.
Again, I apologise for this appalling experience. We're reviewing our customer service procedures to ensure this never happens again.

Smells great, looks cute, very happy!
The perfume is lovely, with such great sillage, and the bottle is cute! The rollerball application is lovely too, and doesn’t leak!! Shopping was fast and the item was well wrapped in recyclable packaging which is always appreciated. I’m excited to try out some new scents! Would definitely recommend!!

unfortunately thse did not suit me, so I requested the '30 day no question refund' and asked for advice as to best return the set. Apart from asking me to furnish photos of the perfumes, which I did by return email. I have heard nothing else, despite emailing again.

After reviewing the images you sent, we're unable to accept a return as the set was not in its original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of beauty products that have been opened or used.
Our return policy applies only to unopened, unused products in their original packaging. This is standard practice across the beauty industry.
I apologise if this wasn't made clear initially when you requested the return information. We should have better communicated our return policy requirements from the outset.

It's not a free sample
Offered free sample. I was obviously under no illusion that I'd get it free. I guessed I'd have to pay postage. But in the process of picking & adding it looked like I was plopping a whole set into my basket for the price of 4.90 postage. I thought, ok, this is how other places do it; I can commit to a fiver for some samples. I felt a right idiot when only one bottle turned up in a packet that no way cost 4.90 to send. 2nd class too. It wouldn't be so bad but I don't even like it. I can't comment on quality or longevity coz I don't want it on me. The whole scenario has left me with a such a bad taste in my mouth I don't want to give them a second glance.

They then remove all but one of the samples from your cart, changing your order without notifying you.
They keep your postage money and DO NOT pay for the postage. Royal mail then require £1.50 from you to get the 'sample'. If you dont they return to sender. Company keep perfume AND your postage money.
Can't believe I fell for it.
Do not respond to emails. Did not cancel my order as requested when they removed all but one of the items from the cart.
AVOID
Edit - in response to their reply, sent the email to cancel on 4th May 2025 at 18:52 which was ignored. Easy to say 'never got it'.

I have tried a few of the fragrances and find each one has its own unique stamp, Enigma is currently my favourite as I found it lasts a good 6 to 8 hours and it morphs during that time, definitely recommend giving Grives perfumes a go.

Update: 11/05/2025
After posting my original review, Elodie from customer service promptly reached out and resolved my issue. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and will continue purchasing from Grives—I truly love the quality and scent of their rollers.
I placed an order on 27th March for the W25 – Mirage and the W25 Full Set, but only received the Full Set. I contacted customer service immediately with photos to report the missing Mirage roller and followed up several times—yet have received no response at all.
As a returning customer, I expected better. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be ordering again unless the issue is resolved.

I absolutely love all of my Grives Perfumes! My favourite has to be Vodoir, with notes of rose and clove. I love having a roll on perfume that I can easily toss in my bag for all-day (or all-night!) scent refresh.

Non-existent customer service, do not buy!
I received my order within a week of placing it, however one of the bottles was smashed which had caused the oil to leak all over the rest of the package. I contacted their customer service email address asking for a refund once that same day, then again a week later after not hearing anything from them. I have still not heard anything now 2 weeks later. The website itself also doesn't have a function to leave a product review, probably because of all the terrible experiences which can be seen here. I would not recommend buying anything from here unless you like gambling, because if there is any issue with your order you will be ignored.

Keep receiving emails with discount codes and offers but why would I order any more when the first item hasn't arrived.

Wrong product supplied no real scent, not good
Ordered and was sent the wrong product. Numerous attempts to contact them and rectify but no success. Product is cloudy and has a weak scent, not at all as advertised. Unimpressed on all levels I’m afraid. A bit of customer service could have fixed this but you are too late.
Update 16 March - sellers response is inaccurate. I have messaged yet again as requested giving details of the wrong product I received. I have not received a response from them to ANY of the emails sent. The response below is just for show does not reflect the reality of their lack of customer service.

Beautiful Scents
I have tried and re-ordered these perfumed oils and given them out as gifts. I love them and so do my friends, even those with sensitive skin. My favourite scent is Ethera but they are all so beautiful. They make me feel so special and I will be sure to order them again and again.
