Great product. easy to follow instructions and great deal

Groupon and RC Software are both excellent companies to deal with. I had a small problem in trying to redeem the voucher. I contacted Groupon via web chat and the problem was solved in a friendly and professional manner in less than a minute. It was me being thick and not Groupons fault. Excellent.

Absolutely fantastic customer service ! almost instant replies to my email regarding questions I had about installation. I have limited knowledge of the PC and the tech guys were amazing. Clear instructions and everything went without problem.
I would 100% recommend for purchases. I can't believe the quality of the product for the price and excellent back up support !

This place is a real find. Blink and you’ll walk past it, but you’ll be missing out. The food is fresh, full of flavour and incredible value for money. Our first introduction to Vietnamese cuisine and I absolutely love it - so will you. The staff are helpful and efficient, the food is delicious and the portions are huge. Super value for money!

Did not receive treatment due to seller redeeming voucher, but refusing to honour the appointment. Reported to Groupon who promised to resolve within 10 working days. Have not heard anything back since the initial communication, and it has been over 10 days. Very disappointed, and also down £42!

I placed an order. After i paid, i realised that since i moved the house, i forgot to change the address in the app. I spoke with an agent to chenge it or to cancel the order, but nothing happened, so my order will come to my previous address (i moved 8 months ago).
So, my one star feedback goes to customer service

The two shirts I bought were really thin and flimsy and really short would not recommend them to anyone.

The delivery was within 2 working days so a lot earlier than expected via DPD with updates and tracking. So excellent!
Don’t be scared when the mattress arrives folded up in a box and looks far too small! I was stressing out but once you open it open it on the base of the bed it will open up and breathe to fit almost immediately!
It’s so comfortable thanks again and will definitely be ordering the same mattress for another bedroom.
