Great value for money for Office 2021 from RCsoftware

Easy and fast transaction, worth the money

I am extremely disappointed with Groupon's customer service.

I made a purchase, but unfortunately my email address was entered incorrectly during the order process. Since then, I have been trying to contact Groupon to recover my order and update my email address.

Despite providing proof of payment, I have been unable to get any meaningful assistance. It has been incredibly difficult to reach customer support, and every attempt to resolve this issue has led nowhere.

I paid for a product that I cannot access simply because of a typo in my email address. This should be a straightforward issue to resolve after verifying the payment, but Groupon has made the process unnecessarily frustrating.

I expected much better customer service from a company of this size. At this point, I still do not have access to my purchase and have received no effective solution.

I hope Groupon contacts me and finally resolves this issue.

Everything was genuinely perfect: the tea & options itself, the sandwiches & sweets & scones, the service, the ambience & the safe/convenient location. Highly recommend!

I had the best cut & Blow dry today. I was unsure about changing my hairstyle but I took advice from Shalu to make a slight change & I’m really pleased I did. My Hair looks great & I’m very happy with the experience.
I will definitely return.

the 5 piece garden furniture mylor 4 seater rattan effect set. can just say they say it was £850 now £269.that was never at that price NEVER it was pictured very well doctored it was cheap poorly made and worth half the £269 they charged i had no contact from them what so ever it just turned up at the front door. very poor quality i am very not happy

Terrible.

Can't book two different items, can't contact support because I can't select the voucher (which I don't have) to contact them about because I can't buy it.

Quality, price, timely

From the moment I stepped into the Chequers Health Centre I was met with friendly staff, the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The person who carried out my ultrasound explained the process and I felt at ease, the chaperone was lovely too. I will definitely be going back to Chequers Health Centre for my annual check-ups.

The vouchers for tuff nutterz wouldn’t let me redeem them, I contacted Groupon a number of times who kept saying they would escalate it but I haven’t had any communication since.
I wasn’t able to take my children to the event due to having no tickets - and no sign of a refund.

A little tricky for me to set up initially but all worked out.

Received item (software), in good time with easy to follow instructions.
All works ell so far!

Majority of the software deals (specifically for MS Office) are scams - groupon are actively supporting selling fake licenses and allowing scammers to use their site.

Purchased Microsoft office 2024 very good value for money. Had to contact Groupon help desk regarding concerns installing the programs. There response was very responsive with the installation procedure and simple. Definitely would use Groupon again.

First time and last time using this company. Purchase Microsoft Office from Groupon. Was sent a product code which didnt work. Asked for a refund. Supplier and Groupon refused. It is a scam. Credit Card refunding transaction. Beware of this company; always use a credit card to protect yourself.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I attempted to purchase tickets, but the checkout screen glitched and threw a 403 Error Code, indicating the sale was blocked and had failed. Relying on their system error, a separate purchase was made to secure the tickets.It turns out Groupon secretly processed the first transaction anyway, leaving me with an accidental duplicate charge for tickets I don’t need. I contacted them within 24 hours to resolve this technical double-charge, but customer support is hiding behind "non-refundable event policies."This wasn't a "change of mind"—it was a direct platform failure on Groupon's end. A company cannot legally hold onto money for an accidental duplicate contract caused by their own server error. I have logged a formal complaint via Resolver and will be instructing my bank to claw back the funds via a chargeback. Avoid this company.
