Made the purchase and setting up of Office 2021 extremely easy through very clear instructions!

I bought two Groupon vouchers for a massage and a hair treatment at Rejuva Cardiff. The owner marked both vouchers as used but kept cancelling my appointments. After waiting for three months, we had had enough. She told us to go back to Groupon and request a refund, but because she had already redeemed the vouchers, Groupon said they couldn't refund the voucher. As a result, I lost my money with no service from both companies.

Purchase of software was acknowledged by email but there is no reply to report that the link Groupon sent to download is dead/expired and the email I used and had Groupon acknowledgement sent to is not recognized. My money was taken. acknowledgement sent but software is not available and there is no useful two way email communication to help resolve the problem. I am reluctant to give negative feedback but I have no choice.

Crystal Palace spa is great place to go with your friends, the experience is amazing! All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, it was second visit after my last birthday and again a great session.

I ordered the software online at an excellent price. The Groupon voucher was relatively easy to register. The supplying company sent a link to download the software within minutes, I then had a few problems installing the software (it wouldn't install over an earlier version of the software), but the supplier responded immediately to my email asking for help and took me safely through the necessary steps to get the software installed on my laptop. A dekightful experience.

First class customer service. Had an issue with my office activation- all sorted within the hour.

I am happy with the price, but as a first time user of Groupon and not really technically minded found the whole process quite daunting and frustrating. It would help if the process was set out somewhere on the site showing pictures' of how to do everything from buying to downloading. ( I found it difficult to know what security numbers should go where and when I had redeemed the voucher was not aware that I would now have to wait for the seller to send me a download link. I was first sent an email with the sales details on from the seller with a message saying please send security code (which I didn't know where to find it) The seller in the end helped me with a simple guided process and everything ended well.

I bought something but cannot actually get it delivered. I have voucher but the following email I have received from Groupon is in French and just a short text which is no help.
