Olia worked quickly but was a few minutes late for our appointment. She is located in a coworking space on the 4th floor. Slow to respond on whatsapp. Unresponsive via email and IG. She understood the vision for what I wanted and I like the result.

Booking system has issues. Customer care is poor.

This company needs better management.

SCAMMER!!!Very disappointing experience. I attended my appointment for highlights, but the salon refused to provide the service unless I paid an additional £70 for toner, which was not clearly disclosed before purchase. I received no treatment, yet my Groupon voucher was redeemed. I contacted Groupon immediately, but they refused to refund me. Be very careful and confirm all extra charges before giving the salon your voucher code. You will lose your money

Will was very professional and made myself and partner relaxed from the off. He explained my partner condition well and was very accommodating around my partner work schedule. Would reccocmabr. The whole team were friendly.

Bought a voucher as a gift then they stopped doing that service making my gift null
when i asked for a refund they said they could only give me groupon credit.

Used Groupon to buy Computer Software. Buying Software on line is always a bit fraught, lots of questions you ask yourself about being genuine, not a scam, not a rip off, are my details safe. On this occasion I had no problem, helpful email from company I was obtaining the software from, which added to my confidence. Good result and happy with the outcome and service I received from rcsoftware.co.uk

Office 365 I bought for life time account for 5 computers , after one year stop working.... customer service said they solve the issue in 7 days

what more could be said other than u'd be a fool not to go & at least try it 1st but be warned, as u 'will' be goin back for more after your 1st visit 😋..
