I used 'live chat' to ask for help after discovering I had 2 accounts which was confusing. I asked for help closing the Gmail account because Hotmail account had £31.99 in bucks credits. I was eventually sent a link which I actioned thinking it was clearing the Gmail account - but no it cleared both accounts so my £31.99 vanished! When I eventually found live chat I have since frustratingly spent maybe 6 hours repeatedly explaining this and sending proof. However though every agent sees the issue and has apologised nobody will just put the £31.99 credit back on my account. Now my case has been escalated and communication is emails but still Groupon is refusing to hand back MY money!

I trusted Groupon and never imagined that they wouldn't just reinstate my balance in the first chat.

In summary, Groupon provided an incorrect resolution which I understand. However that link they sent made Groupon £31.99. The more I am apologised to yet still stubbornly denied my money back it's feeling like a con.

Groupon are nothing but thieves; I bought 3 watches from you but was sent only 1. After months of conversations and dozens of emails, they only refunded me for the one watch and blocked the option to leave a review—don't buy from them!

I bought some lifetime microsoft software from Groupon which has lasted six weeks and then been branded invalid by microsoft. It was supplied from Groupon by Mediamansoft who have ignored my complaint. Groupon cannot be contacted so as it cost less than £100 I don't think there is anything I can do about it other than this!

I received a voucher for a “Japanese Head Spa” as a birthday gift, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what was advertised.

From the moment I arrived, nothing about it was relaxing. The treatment bed had no armrests and felt unstable, to the point where I genuinely thought I might fall off because of the movement. The photos online showed candles, ambient lighting and a calming atmosphere, but instead all I could hear throughout the treatment were police sirens outside and running tap water.

During the treatment, my hair became badly tangled. I asked if I could brush it myself, and the therapist said that was fine, but then continued using different tools that only pulled at my hair and made the knots worse. The water was far too hot, and despite asking for the temperature to be turned down, nothing changed.

Halfway through the appointment, I was told I had to pay an extra £10. Apparently this was hidden away in the “small print”, yet neither I nor the person who bought the voucher were made aware of this beforehand. I checked both the voucher and the online information afterwards and couldn’t find anything making this clear. After reading other reviews, it seems many customers have had the same issue with these unexpected extra charges.

I attended with my mother-in-law and her friend, and after witnessing the poor customer service and the rude attitude from every member of staff, they decided not to go ahead with their treatments at all.

To make matters worse, my hair was pulled excessively while being brushed and blow-dried, and the products used left it looking greasy and feeling matted rather than clean or healthy.

Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. The treatment was uncomfortable, the customer service was poor, and the quality fell far below what was advertised. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Such a shame, especially as it was meant to be a birthday treat.

We had such a wonderful experience taking old-time photos! The photographer was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole session so much fun. He made us feel comfortable from the start, and it really added to the experience. We absolutely love how the photos turned out and will definitely cherish them. Highly recommend!

Purchased a steak deal at Blend Bar & Grill as we have many times before without issue.

This time, we purchased, made the reservation for Sunday 26th July and on the Friday the restaurant called me to advise that they have to cancel all of Sunday's reservations unfortunately due to their supplier of Tomahawk Steaks supplying them with steaks that were unfit to serve. They advised me to rebook and the following weekend should be fine.

I then received the Groupon cancellation email confirming it. No issue there. Things happen.

I then went to rebook on 27th July via the Groupon Tool and there were no Saturday or Sunday's available until mid august which is a problem as I needed it for Sunday 2nd August. Anything after that would not be possible for me.

I called the restaurant directly multiple times over the course of 1-2 days and they never answer the phone.

I requested a refund through Groupon who wanted to offer me a refund in Groupon credits which I do not want. I then went through the painstaking process of trying to get a customer service agent on live chat. I ended up getting connected to one who then disappeared in the middle of the chat with no response.

I then saw it had been taken over by another customer service agent who then asked me some additional questions and then also went radio silent after I provided the information and at the time of writing this review I still have the chat window open waiting for a response from Nisha. Yet nothing!

I wanted to say that the young lady I had today did an excellent job. She was friendly, welcoming and did an excellent job. Thank you so much. A superstar!

Groupon has great products at great prices. Have made a number of purchases and all have been as described and at a great price. Thoroughly recommend.

I got sent the wrong product and Groupon won’t let me return it, the return window has not expired. I do not recommend Groupon to anyone. Don’t waste your money. I would give zero stars if I could. I am appalled at how there is no customer service when it comes to issuing a refund. Complete scam.

DO NOT BUY!!! I was forced into leaving a 5* review upon initial purchase for 'support' and the item worked for 2 months before my laptop/microsoft flagged the software for being counterfeit and opened my laptop up the viruses (as well as the potential of having all your information stolen) It is not worth the risk buying this low cost items.

Absolute shambles. Advertising a product and displaying the added p&p cost then when purchasing the product and going to the website the surcharges cost more than the voucher. Not sure what the 3D crystal voucher actually includes but the photos on the listing are so misleading. Customer service can do nothing to help as the sale is final. Absolute scam more needs to be done in the fine print of the actual surcharges before scamming more customers.
