Scam, This provider is a scammer. I bought the product with a lifetime activation but once the product download I am unable to use the product. I tried to contact support team but keep ignoring my request like they knew it verywell that they scam people.

AVOID!! They are selling codes for providers that don't deal with them anymore. I bought the Windows 11 Pro license but their redemption link wasn't working so following instructions I sent the details directly to provider just to find out that provider isn't dealing with Groupon since a long time, yet their selling codes that cannot be redeemed. Groupon are scammers!! They are ignoring my emails and requests of refund. They are just thieves! Avoid Groupon if you value your money and time. Utterly useless!!

The relief of being able to receive and install this produce without the usual hassle. great to have access to my files again after the problems with 365!

I have used Groupon a few times and had no real issues with any vendors. This time I’ve had a vendor cancel a candle making class an hour prior to the class and advise me Groupon will handle the refund. Instead Groupon asked for a screenshot of my call log , which I still think is highly inappropriate. Then stated they will contact the business. Could you not contact the business anyway to check and confirm the situation. I was advised it would take 48 - 72hrs to resolve initially and now I’m told it can be up to a 7 day time frame. Why would you mark my voucher redeemed if it’s factually unused . Shouldn’t the company themselves authorise this. I have contacted the business number from myself via text and was advised to send over my Groupon details and now these messages are undeliverable, how strange! Can tell if I’m blocked or there is an issue on their end , so I’ve sent an email. However I’ve been advised by Groupon the business has not yet responded . When I opted to raise a complaint I been advised Groupon deal with complaints internally , so they do not provide reference numbers or give updates . How efficient for customers with genuine concerns and a great way to avoid accountability.

"Office 2024 Professional Plus Lifetime for One Windows Device" can't be redeemed and there is no support. I've asked for a refund but am not holding my breath. How on earth can a company this size have fake offers?

Downloading and installing was straightforward thanks to the very clear instructions. I'm not the most confident with this sort of thing, but if I could do it, anyone can!

You need to be careful when buying vouchers from Groupon. I bought a coupon for a Japanese restaurant, but when I went to book, the restaurant had gone out of business! I asked Groupon for a refund, as this was well within the validity time of the coupon and was told it was not their problem and that no cash refunds were given.

Burtons Restaurant, Battle - Unacceptably slow service and order not correct when delivered. Very disappointed.

Buying through Groupon has become a major headache. Merchants listed on their platform are actively breaching published offer terms—refusing advertised weekday booking slots and forcing unlisted restrictions.
Worse, Groupon's system allows merchants to mark vouchers as "Redeemed" days before the actual appointment date without providing any service. This locks customers out of automated self-service options and forces us to jump through hoops to claim a basic refund for services not rendered.
Groupon needs far stricter merchant vetting and anti-fraud protections against premature code redemptions. Very poor customer protection and unacceptable hassle.

This was a wonderful experience and such a great deal. Very relaxing and welcoming environment. Treatments were wonderful left my skin feeling amazing. I cannot wait to go back again.

Nothing like experience should have received poor quality food and nothing like high tea
