I have bought Microsoft Office from groupon deals and they have provided excellent deal and the service is good.

Item bought would not work and company who sold it wanted to download something to remotely access my computer!!! Groupon declined to refund me, but a refund did then appear. A bad experience.

Purchased a lifetime Microsoft 365 from Get Software Deals Ltd through Groupon. Stopped working after 15 months.

⭐ 1/5 — Burnt black food, false advertising, Groupon refuses proper refund

We travelled a long distance to Doubletree by Hilton Hyde Park (Urban Meadow Cafe) using a Groupon voucher. When we arrived, none of the advertised menu items were available — we were only shown a limited temporary printed menu. When we asked, staff said this was the only option for Groupon customers.

The chicken wing starter arrived BURNT BLACK and charred — completely inedible. I have photos showing exactly how black and burnt it was. We pointed it out, but staff offered no replacement, no apology, no alternative. We were hungry, far from home, and had no other restaurants nearby — so we had to pick off the burnt black skin and eat only the tiny amount of white meat underneath. The fish and chips was also not what was advertised — small pieces instead of a proper fillet.

Afterwards:

• The restaurant passed us between departments — no resolution at all

• Groupon first offered a 20% discount code that CANNOT be used — because nearly every deal on their site is already discounted more than 20%

• Then they added £3 credit to my account and marked the case closed — £3 doesn't even cover one-way bus fare, let alone burnt food and a ruined evening

• When I asked for a proper refund, they tried to blame the merchant and send me away — even though I bought the voucher FROM Groupon through THEIR platform

Burnt, charred food served at a Hilton venue is a serious food safety issue. Advertising one menu then serving another is false description. Refusing a refund and offering token £3 credit is not how you treat a 10+ year loyal customer. Think very carefully before buying anything here — when things go wrong, they will not stand behind what they sell.

Attentive service. Lovely setting and views onto the wharf side. Great value for money. I would definitely visit again.

I have been complaining about this product, sent pictures and emails and used the chatbox but still no result - this product was not new it has obviously been returned to them before and somehow got sent to us.
We have done everything we can why haven't they collected it and refunded us.
Can you please help

Word for ipad was useless. Didn't work. Links didn't work. Step by step guide was wrong. Beware of deal too good to be true.

Bought a download from Groupon which was easy, the company that supplied the download sent all the instructions by email and were very helpful when contacted with any questions.

I think this should be looked into. No neck or shoulder massage. I paid extra money for the so say chemicals. I don’t speak up. My sister told me to write and view this as was so disappointing. I was so looking forward to facial and massage but not getting.

Would highly stay away from this website! Fraud, i purchased 2 vouchers and then they said we cannot use it because its UK school holidays. Then I go onto the actual merchants website and it is actually cheaper than their voucher/coupon. And they are refusing to give me a refund.

The last batteries purchased were usless. Thay only lasted a few minutes in use and were probably from old stock and not fit for purpose.
