I’ve been working the leads Growin Estate has sent me, however, oftentimes the appointments that are set by the representative are not set at times I am available. I was hoping that the lead would be directly transferred to me while live on the phone. They do not work this way. I will say that that Growin Estate does ask for feedback so that they can do what is necessary to make the agent satisfied with their services.

Not worth it
I paid something like $500 for a year of leads and was then going to pay like a 20% referral fee on any closed deals. They promised me about 4 leads/month, more or less, but I probably got about a dozen total over an entire year. They said, don't focus on the quantity, focus on the quality. Well...they’d set appointments for me, but almost all the leads wouldn’t show up to the appointment nor respond to my reach outs. I ended up showing one buyer properties (though he didn’t close). Yes, you'll likely get some leads and appointment sets. No, I wouldn't expect most of these appointments or conversations to actually happen. If that's worth it to you to try to drum up some business, go for it...but I cancelled after they promised some free leads and then didn't deliver on their promises, yet again.
By the way, they promised those free leads for a 5 star review, so I'd take their rating here with a huge grain of salt.

My Review of Growin Estate…
I have been with Growin Estate since April and have received some leads that did not pan out; However the customer service at Growin Estate has been working very hard to also communicate with these buyers to verify their interests and provide feedback with me right away. They are also looking at quality over quantity, which is great. 👍
I know it is a long term process and I have complete confidence that I will help multiple sellers/buyers before my year is up. Next review will be a 5 star after getting a few clients.

When a lead is acquired a text alert and an email are sent with full contact information and a time to call. The lead is expecting to be contacted so the response tends to be better than some other online leads.
Overall my experience with Growin Estate has been good. No complaints. If you are looking for a lead service then you should give them a shot.

Just joined Growin a couple of months ago. Have received 4 good leads so far. One client is looking to buy 1st half of 2024. Another client has started to look at homes here and is hoping to close on a home in 1st quarter 24. I have not been able to reach the other 2 clients but that is normal. Have to continue to reach out daily. I am impressed with the client info sent for each contact. Also impressed with Vanessa Frost at customer support in following up with each lead. Since I have not closed a transaction yet I only gave 4 stars. Will upgrade to 5 stars when I close first deal.
