I have been using Growin Estate Lead service for a little less than a year. They have consistently sent me leads that proved, for the most part to be viable. . I signed up with the company in January…
I signed up with the company in January of 2023. I was promised two qualified leads per month. As of October 15, I have not received a single qualified lead. I immediately contacted each lead at the scheduled time. One individual told me he was not interested in buying and had no intention of living in the specific area. Several of the leads never answered the phone or returned the call. I followed up with all several times and never was able to make contact. I hope others have had a better experience, but I cannot recommend this company.
Listed below are the referrals I received from Growinestate. After each referral I notified them of the result. They said they would replace the lead. They never did. The agreement promised two "qualified leads" per month. Or your money back. I requested a refund within the 90 day period started in the agreement. I received a call and they promised to replace all leads. They never did.
I understand that all leads won't pan out. However, they did not provide a single qualified lead. I don't want other agents to have the same experience.
Please let me know if you need additional information.

I called Client at 6:03 PM as requested. He didn't answer and a message stated his voicemail was not set up. So I sent him a text stating that GrowinEstate had requested I contact him regarding his desire to purchase a home in the Hutto area and I'd call him back later. He never answered the phone after several attempts.

Client was looking to buy in California. Obviously, I'm not licensed in that state.

I contacted client at the scheduled time and client did not answer the call. I left voice messages with no response. I also sent text messages with no response.

I called the number provided at 4:00 and again at 5:00 PM. I received a voice message that no one was available to take the call. I left a message both times and explained why I was calling and asked for a return call. I called and texted but never received a return call.

I am trying to warn Realtors of this HORRIBLE COMPANY, and the SCAM they pull on REALTORS and how they are STEALING our hard-earned money!! I previously, posted an earlier review on here with an email I received months ago from Growin Estates stating they were giving me the money back in full. Of Course, I NEVER got a dime of it. Next thing I know the review got taken down. I wanted to let ALL Realtors aware that GROWIN ESTATE promises to give you a full refund if you are unhappy with the leads, they promise 4-5 scrubbed leads a month for $599.00 upfront. Here it is Months later and nothing but 3 bad leads that were not even real...ALL fake, Just like their 5-star reviews. (Click on the people's names of those reviews and you will see). They will also promise you a full refund if you are unhappy with their services...another LIE!! You will NEVER get your money back...NO ONE EVER GETS THEIR MONEY BACK!! Read the rest of the 1-star reviews. They are ALL SAYING THE SAME THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY RIPPING THEM OFF!! If you're a victim like the rest of us, Please Google the Complaints board and let them know how Growin Estates scammed you. Hopefully they can stop this company!! UPDATE...I just got a notice from Trust Pilot that Growin Estate is trying to get this review down as well. If this gets taken down I will have to wonder how many more bad reviews has Growin Estate been able to make disappear???
