Growin Estate Review after 1month
The company promised 2-3 leads/month and so far I’ve gotten 2 leads. I’ve not seen where my profile is being advertised or where leads are coming from. As for quality of the leads, the first was an investor who was not a loyal client. The 2nd lead never showed up for our buyer consultation even after confirming with me. Also, this 2nd lead was using a loan product designed for people with either bad credit or high debt to income ratios. She had no idea who her lender was or the name of the mortgage company. I provided this feedback to Growin Estate. My account manager was empathetic and promised to provide better quality leads next month.

Update for this review
I have spoken with the customer service rep, refund is not an option, they apologized and said you'll start getting leads tomorrow (still have not received a single lead from them). Over and over and you still can't even live transfer a single lead in three months. Don't waste your money.

After repeated times requesting leads, and promising that they would send me leads, I asked for my money back 6 times now, . Always with the promise that someone would review and get back to me - I asked that my $599 would be refunded if I didn't get leads after 45 days per the contract, they told me they still would be sending me leads and that it takes awhile. Yet, beyond all of this - no new leads. Surprise surprise. And no refund. No communication except runaround. Do not use this company. 100% waste of time and money.
