Fast delivery and was kind enough to chuck me a free product that I wasn't expecting. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the packaging should be raped and sealed properly as my products came with the box ripped wide open and you could see all the products and they are not the kind of products you want the delivery driver to see the box was so wide open the driver even said its that bad and I could say half was missing but I'm not like that so would suggest better wrapping as it also stops your company getting scammed

Fantastic experience. My drip saucers came promptly & very well packaged. Very good value, even with the postage they were cheaper than other suppliers.

Ordered in the morning on a Monday and a staff member rang me in the afternoon to say despite low stock levels for fans they aim to have it delivered by Thursday. It arrived Wednesday. Only slightly disappointed as I ordered the grey/blue fan to match my decor and a white one arrived. It was too hot to moan about the colour though so kept it.

I have used Groworks for a number of years, and they always have that one part of a system that you need, but can never obtain anywhere else!

Really glad to find somewhere with electric fans in stock. Very good price and really surprised that it was such good quality. Less than £15 for an oscillating fan- comes with a stand or clip. Excellent value. My husband collected from their local warehouse and said staff were friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with the fan that I bought another one the same week. Would highly recommend.

I’m very happy with the products I’ve purchased over some time now, they have been delivered quickly, and no damage due to very good packaging.

Order took a bit longer than I expected. Other than that, it all was easy.
