Great product, Great price, will definitely be a returning customer

I have used this company a few times since learning of them. Easy to order and delivery is very fast normally arrives the next day. Customer service is very good as well, I had an issue with a bluelabs PH pen which was not reading and was frozen on 7 which is unusual for blue labs products, after contacting them I returned the pen and a new one was sent out within a couple of days, thank you.

I like this company. Best prices. So accessible these guys, they communicate throughout. If there’s anything not available they’ll contact you to discuss a replacement. 5 star

Item was spot on but delivery was nearly a week later than was supposed to have been here,I had a friend down the street who ordered stuff after I did and he got his before I did.

Good service prompt delivery

my order was in 3 parcels, 2 had been delivered within days and the third took a further 12 working days to be delivered. After calling them 3 times and each time I was told customer services would call back, no call came. The blame was placed on a "busy time of the year" and "DHL" having a back log. But the rest of the order was delivered in a timely manner, even a second order that was placed after was delivered quicker. No explanation given.

Got everything I ordered at a good price and on time but DHL are not good big problem with couriers dropping in door step taking picture and running to there next drop regardless of anyone is there to take the delivery it even said to be signed for on the tracking so just be aware of this

They have a great range of products and the most competitive prices. They're not local to me and still managed to beat all other providers. Ordering was as simple as you would expect and although delivery split between companies, this was expected and communicated as such.

Fantastic black friday sale, i saved nearly as much as i spent. There was a delay sending my order, but i expect this with such a great sale. I am already looking forward to next year ;)

After going into their stores a couple times over the last 7 years, we decided to order on line.
Website is super easy to use, easy payment system. Delivery was FAST! I ordered late one night, it was shipped next day from the team and was with me the day after. Box was wrapped in bubble wrap, packaging was super discreet - even so my neighbour accepted it! Iykyk
