Good product although battery only lasts for 2 or 3 days.but not a problem as I'm not too bothered about the sleep monitor.

I bought a smart watch from Gunush, I must say I am very pleased with my purchase. I have used this watch for over 6 months, the device accurate, great quality, works as good as new. I couldn’t ask for more. I will 100% be buying again from Gunush. You have gained a loyal customer.

I was a little skeptic about these especially at the price. But omg they are so comfy no rolling or scrunching! Wow the yoga pants are great definitely buying another pair! Also worth the money they do exactly what they are meant to do.

Still no refund after 4 months.... is this theft?
Selling fake products in cheap packaging, misleading customers and failing to provide refunds for returned products. Awful business - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE - My next step is to contact Trading Standards. Appalling to abuse genuine customers in this way.

Received my order today, I must say I am very pleased. The communication with customer service is fantastic, I would 100% recommend.

I was so surprised at the quality of the running trainers. The most important part is they have a really thick springy sole. I have massive problems finding shoes that fit me because I have very broad feet especially near the toes. But these fit really well I have walked for long distances, road bicycles, and gone jogging. They really hold up and feel like they will last a long time. Very impressed when I normally have so many problems with shoes!

Great, simple but packs a punch smart watch.
Does everything I need it to do without a costly price tag.

I purchased this because I have consistent low blood pressure and this watch is helping monitor that and therefore encourages me to reat once i have measured a low reading i will rest.

You can also measure blood oxygen and heart beats per minute. You can set the watch to a specific exercise such as jogging and collect data on your performance. The step counter is also a great feature.

I love that i can read my messages from my phone on the watch

Absolutely love this watch, everything about it from tracking your sleep, health and fitness its just amazing. It’s so easy to download the app and connect from your phone to the watch and it keeps you up to date with all you need. It connects to messages on your phone and let’s you know when you have one. It looks amazing on as well, looks just as fab as the photo, would definitely recommend. Battery life is great as well, it lasts days before needing to be recharged.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. This company has had my money since June. Keep sending emails for a refund but getting nowhere. It’s now with my bank. I still keep emailing but no response.

Avoid. Read the other one star reviews. Anything rated higher is a confection. I believe they may have ceased trading today, and certainly wish they would. No way to run a business, they need taking down.

I returned my tracker for a refund in April and they received it on the 11th April. It is now August and I still haven't received my refund.
Avoid this company like the plague they keep saying I'm on the list every time I email them. This is now 20 emails I have sent them. Shocking company if I could leave them 0 stars I would.

Absolute disgrace! Didnt have correct item. Offered refund.
2 months later and 30 emails to them still not refunded.
Online chat dosnt work.
I replied to thier email within 1 minute of recieving email ..they replied 7 daya later saying send item back for refund..what a joke they didnt send item as they didnt have it in my size.. avoid at all costs.

Dreadful! Have written numerous emails and still not been issued with a refund, despite the item being returned to them on the 27th May, by recorded delivery. The item had actually been sent to me in a size different to the one I ordered!! Do not use them.

I have received my trainers and I like, it's very light but materials seems to be durable. Just think that you should improve your services on delivery time. It took 17 days to reach me then tracker was showing delivered a days before the order got to my hands.

i love these trainers for walking, gym and even golf good on my tired feet when i stand on my feet all day. hope to buy another colour in these trainers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. No refund for a faulty item after 4 months.
I bought a 'smart fitness tracker' from Gunush. On the day it arrived (8/4/21) I contacted them to tell them it would not charge. I was attempting to charge it correctly using various USB ports and plug sockets, and I put this in the email. A week later I received an email telling me how to charge it! I responded on the same day repeating I'd already done this. On the 25th April I was emailed a request for a video of the problem. On the same day I videod myself putting the watch on charge and it not charging. I emailed on the 30th as I'd had no response. On the 3rd May I was emailed instructions on how to return the watch, at my own expense! On the 6th May I sent it Royal Mail Tracked and sent them a copy of the receipt using the online form as requested, plus sending it in an email. I have received no emails since this. I've used the Online Chat which says they typically respond in a few minutes. They don't. I had one response to my first message saying I'd get my refund, but they were dealing with a back log. The last time I tried contacting them was the 25th July and I've had nothing back. I also entered my email into the box on the online chat offered for those who can't wait for a response and no response. I always put my order number in all correspondence and I've always done as they've requested to resolve the issue. I'm going to look into contacting the financial ombudsman.

Got my second parcel yesterday. This time it was bit late.
I would highly recommend their trainers. Super quality and super comfortable.
Delivered the perfect size and exact colour.
Will buy from them in future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,. I bought a smart watch for a christmas present for my Dad in November. Obviously he didn't receive it until Christmas Day , the watch worked fine up until march when I started my process ofgettingin touch with gunush for technical help as it was only 3 months old. From my first email their customer service has been very very slow which is understandable due tocovid and less staff . It doesn't explain how 5 months later I am still emailing them asking for a refund. On their 4th reply email thy went through a technical list of what to do which I followed to the letter but to no avail. I then tried the same process with 2 different phones still without success. I then asked for a refund which they were quick to reply that time saying I had had the watch too long but would offer me 40percent off one of their products. I would never buy from these again and will also tell family and friends not to. Appalling customer service. Their satisfaction guarantee states "we stand by our high quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed!" I HAVE NO SATISFACTION AT ALL and say again to anyone, don't buy from this company.
