Gunush Reviews

i have always been hesitant to buy a fitness watch because of how pricey it is but i cant believe how incredible this particular one is. the quality for the price is what blow me away. Now i feel like i can analyse my gradual progression with this watch. Thanks Gunush

Very happy with their service. I ordered a watch, came very quickly and the quality turned out be really great. I accidentally ordered another one, so I returned it back and got my money back really quickly. Very happy customer, will be ordering again from Gunush.

I will also recommend my friends to shop here x

I ordered a watch, my son also bought me a watch, i tried to cancel before the delivery but was unable to. I returned the watch at a cost t if £7,this was back in April 2021 they ignore my emails after promising a refund total scam, be weary if you need to return anything, i will never buy from them again, should have just thrown the money way... Not happy,

A very positive experience I must say
I don’t usually buy things online or leave reviews but I will say I have been impressed !

The goods I ordered arrived early and the customer service team was responsive and extremely polite. It was a real pleasure to buy from this store.

I will be ordering from here again !!

This slim fitness tracker/watch works brilliantly. It is mainly used as a pedometer, but works perfectly if you just wanted to have a stylish cost effective watch.
It connected to my phone with ease and even tells me when I have messages.

There are some features I am yet to try, such as the sleep monitor, but from what I have seen so far I am confident those features will work really well.

I am one happy customer.

I would like to say the customer service is excellent. Responded quickly when I needed them. I would 100% be using Gunush. Great service, speedy delivery and quality items

I ordered a watch in white and received one in pink which I do not want. Contacted you to either receive my money back or the watch I ordered. This was beginning of September. Despite emails this has not been rectified. Always says we will contact you in 48 hours.

Simply amazing !
I have no words for the customer service this company has. On a very high level and the Halloween mask I got is also very high quality !!!

I decided to get a sport watch for my partner as he has recently started taking fitness seriously. He has always wanted one of these but found to expensive. I came across the ad and I went ahead to purchase it for him. I can't get over the smile on his face cause he really over it.

I placed an order and paid for a smart watch. Unknown to me my friend had already bought me one as a present, I e mailed the company to cancel my order and was told I would receive a refund. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for this and after umpteen e mails have still not been refunded they have also stopped answering my e nails. I will never order anything from this company again, I am disappointed and disgusted by the way they treat their customers. Be careful when ordering from this company, I would pass them by and go elsewhere.

I was delighted to get a quick response after not sure about your site and hope to purchase again. Your response was most helpful

I am really happy with the quality of watches received from Gunush. The quality of the watch compared to price is better than what I expected.

I will be buying again

Cannot get anyone from Gunush to contact me regarding my Under Warranty watch that is falling apart!!! Have sent over 30 emails since beginning of August with promises of a call back that never materialises. Does anyone know how I can actually speak to a real person at this company? The 2 phone numbers listed have a message stating that due to Covid the phone lines are not manned.

Arrived early than expected really doe what is said it dose I ordered a smart watch really happy with it thanks

Ordered 4 items from Gunush, I must say I am really happy with the service. One of the items I ordered was slightly too big for me so I had to return it. I must say I am amazed with how fast I received my refund.

Great customer service
Quick refunds
Great quality products

5/5 stars from me, I will defo be ordering again.

Been waiting for a refund since April what a joke keep telling me short staffed because of COVID .I work in customer service all it takes is to press a button

I bought the yoga mat and it is a really thick comfortable yoga mat. I find it great for floor exercises and general fitness. Excellent quality and value for money. The mat also comes with strong carrier bag. The bag also has a phone pocket for your phone. This is the best mat I've purchased and I would highly recommend it.

There's a mind boggling array of mats out there so I asked my gym buddies and checked out the options available. My body balance and Pilates instructor had this very mat so that swung it for me. I use it for those classes and it's very comfortable. Some of the time I am off the mat especially during balance exercises...it's just easier. Highly recommend and pleased with my purchase. It is the one with a carrying handle to sling it over your shoulder. I'd like to see them selling a matching carry bag to stop the mat getting wet when it's raining but that's no big deal. It's a good, comfortable mat which I like very much.

Took a while to arrive but it did after about 3 to 4 weeks. Not too bad.
