I ordered a watch at beginning of September still no sign. At first was told due to fuel crisis then was assured it would be dealt with straight away. Still waiting, won't answer any of my emails or I can't get through on phone. Worst customer service ever. Won't be ordering from them again.

RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY, VERY HAPPY, AT FIRST WHEN I MESSAGED GUNUSH, THERE WAS NO REPLY, THEN I REALISED I WENT ON TO THE WRONG SITE HAHA. SO LOOKS LIKE HALF THE REVIEWS ARE MESSAGING THE WRONG GUNUSH BY GOING TO ANOTHER URL. THIS IS WHY I FELT TO PUT A REVIEW UP.

I ordered a watch on the 5th November still not arrived there not answering e.mails and the tracking has not moved all wk just says processed and packed. Very poor service. Took my money the same day

Please don’t buy from them. I ordered and paid for a fitness watch on 29th October.I have emailed them several times also tried to contact them by phone No Reply too either.I think its a disgrace people are allowed to advertise items on Websites and never receive them.

I would give it no stars I have bought a watch for my daughter and I purchased it on the 30th October and still awaiting fir it it the 9th November. I tried calling them and emailing them and they are not responding to my emails or call I would like a full refund. VERY POOR PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

AVOID AVOID!!! Ordered this on 20.10.21, still not received it, tracking states it was packed 21.10.21, no update since then. Very poor communication and customer service. I have emailed, tried live chat & Facebook messenger and had no response at all. I want a refund so I can buy from a company that will actually send the product but having no luck with that either.

I ordered a fitness tracker from this company after taking three weeks to arrive it wasn’t the exact watch that I ordered but I set it up and it worked ok for 10 days then it went horribly wrong and now doesn’t work at all. I emailed and explained what was wrong, they asked for a video of the watch I sent that and I’ve heard nothing back. I really feel these people are a bunch of cowboys and they have ripped me off.Please people don’t trust them.

Overview:
I have long been a loyal user of sport fitness watches and my most recent (and previously much loved) watch is this Smart Fitness Tracker. Vivo Active 3. I typically run 50km to 60km per week (combination of trails and on road). My review below contains the detail but in summary I absolutely love this watch, its functionality and its high quality screen are exactly what was needed in this now quite crowded sports/activity tracking watch area. When combined with the Fit Pro app you really do have a 5* product which will help with monitoring health and performance.

Set Up:
- You can set up the watch with the Fit Pro App. It is recommended to use the app and therefore I did (I also love analyising my fitness data so a watch which isn’t syncing with an app is no fun for me).
- The watch was easy to set up and both the watch and App were intuitive to use.

Aesthetics:
- General wearability and day to day use
- Looks very good on my wrist, it is a nice size for day to day wear.
- It is light and as a result it was easy to forget I was wearing it.
- The strap is soft and pliable.

Good features:
Screen - the standout feature and the main reason to go for this watch
Appearance - looks very good
Mobile app - excellent for data vultures like me
Connectivity - no problem staying connected to my smartphone
Weight - very light and comfortable to wear
Activity tracking - all aspects work well, including plausible step and floor counting

Overall great product, been 3 months now and it’s a part of daily life! Customer servixe was great too!

Ordered a watch back in April. Asked to return it as it wasnt satisfactory. Paid £4.20 to return it. We are now in November and I still havent had my refund.
Would advise anyone to stay well clear of this company. Just get automatic emails with empty promises.
Using the pandemic as an excuse.
6 months and no refund. Fraudulent company that needs investigating!

WOW---Brilliant and the humidifier deserves the 5 stars ... My mrs have been ill for over 5 weeks now .. Night cough.. chestiness...dry nose...She has tried everything...Then she got Allergies to dust....She has not had a good nights sleep for over a month.... I was at the end of my tether ... a friend suggested a Humidifier...so I purchased one from Gunush for the mrs ..since using it daily and at night...She sleeps like a log... no interrupted nightly coughing ...every home should have one!

Bloody awful company I have try and try to email them to have no reply,no order has arrived and they have got my money.now trying thorough pay pal to see what they can do please don't buy from them.

Alongside my son's Apple iwatch this looks exactly the same. The watch face gives you plenty of information at first glance, date, time, steps, heart rate, calories all with a simple touch. Further touches show steps, Heart Rate (further presses will start a blood pressure, Heart rate and Blood Oxygen Level. Sports are available next which i have not used. I have tried several smart watches and usually find the straps cause a skin irritation, not so with this one. What really makes this better than others is the battery life. Had it 2 weeks now and battery life is strong, unlike my last one which needed to be charged every 5 hours.
The app is fairly basic and mainly it stores all the information data on there. I would highly recommend this as a good smart watch at a great price.

Ordered a watch on 9th October haven’t received they answered my first 2 emails but now have stopped replying and can no longer see my order status. I also messaged on live chat they failed to reply to that!!!!

Appalling customer service. Please do not buy from this company. The phone lines are closed, the online chat is awful and emails are returned as undeliverable. My elderly father ordered by mistake, the item was returned but no refund. Stay away!

I ordered a smart watch in September and I'm still waiting delivery! The 0800 number is out of use and I get automated emails in answer to mine saying they will contact me as soon as possible. I sent an email on 16th October and am still waiting for a reply. I tried tracking my order and it was allegedly packed and processed on the 21st September, but not dispatched! I really do not recommend this company at all, and will never place another order with them!
