DO NOT USE BAD COMPANY TAKE MONEY AND DONT SEND GOODS.

I placed an order on 12th November but have not received my order. I have contacted Gunush.com but the have not answered. Avoid the company they take your money but do not deliver the goods.

I ordered a smart watch on 19th November. Have emailed them twice to see what has happened to my order and received no response. So no watch and no refund as yet.

I put my order in on 30/10/21, I checked the track my order and it said processed and packed, then nothing. After numerous emails in an attempt to contact Gunush, stupid replies say we are busy and we will get back to you In 24 hours, then nothing.

It's been along time since I have received such bad customer service, I am beginning to wonder if the company exists.

Put order in beginning of October for smart watch had email saying out stock but waiting for new delivery still not received anything not happy at all quick enough to take payments should be offering refunds by know

Very bad ordered watch on 17th of November and paid £5.99 for next day delivery as it was a present for someone (birthday 26th)so ordered in plenty of time. STILL NOT DELIVERED tried to get in touch with them email phone and live chat no reply by any of them. I am not happy about this. Wish I had just gone to shop to buy one would of been cheaper in the long run😤😡

Ordered on the 15th October, received it 2 days later on free delivery. I didn’t expect it to come so quick

Karens Karen’s everywhere lol. Can’t believe people are going out their way to write a review for a £22 watch lol. Shows they have nothing better to do. People don’t realise if they put their full name on trustpilot, it will go on their online social profile, so any recruiters will see your name on Google with your Karen comment.

Anyways, I spent over £150 on worth of items on Gunush, received my order today. Very happy with the quality of my items.

Ordered 9th Oct and still no watch.. emailing and live chat are not answering. Iv bought my son another watch and it arrived after 3 days from amazon. I will always check the reviews now before buying. That's my money down the drain!!! Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered two items. One not received and the other was rubbish. No response to e mails or on line chat. Luckily PayPal got my money back for me.
Incidentally, I did not request a refund immediately. I waited weeks before I asked for a refund for one item not received. The other item I wanted to return for refund but no reply from any attempt at contact. Customer service comes into play far too late.

Avoid this company ordered 2 smart watches still not received, a company called INEEDTOBUYTHIS was advertising the watches for gunush. Avoid both these companies

Avoid this company. Absolute disgrace. Item never arrived and no answer to emails sent. Avoid Avoid

I bought 2 watches from them that were supposed to be waterproof but they sent me a lower model that looked identical. It was only when my son's started using them and 1 got wet that we realised they weren't waterproof and they both broke.
I contacted them 6 months ago and I have still not received a replacement or refund. They say that their Technical Dept will call me but I doubt it exists
They said they had no telephone number due to covid and now it says they have a system issue so still no phone number.
Sounds dodgy to me. I'd avoid if I were you.

Ordered my fitness watch on 26th October. No watch, no reply’s to emails

I ordered a fitness watch when advertised on fb. This was beginning November. Received email saying due to lots of orders they are waiting on delivery of more. Emailed 3 times & getting nowhere. I checked on my order & it was supposedly picked & ready for dispatch on 10/11 . Still no sign of it ! Nobody is actually replying thinking all automated. Soon took my payment though ! I'm not happy at all.

Avoid, these are scammers

I placed an order on 24 October and still haven’t received my watch. I’ve chased four times and not received a reply. AVOID!

Always wanted a smart fitness tracker but was unsure of spending so much for a premium one so I decided to buy a cheap one to see if I would get the use of it first to justify spending a lot more. All I can say is I will not be buying another more expensive smart watch, this low price watch is brilliant and does everything I need it to and it looks great in real life! Who knows how accurate all of the reading are through out the whole day but you could say the same about any smart watch regardless of its price tag. This watch is a steal at the price! Lots of health benefits and can change the colour of straps as they are interchangeable. If your unsure to buy an expensive smart tracker then this or not,buy it! Can't go wrong for the money!

Excellent customer service. My item arrived very quickly as expected, no problems at all. Customer service were quick to respond to my questions.
