Not worth 1 star, wish I had read the reviews before ordering, I ordered a fitness tracker watch on 14th October, after numerous emails still no watch and no money back. I am now writing to RipOf Brittan@BBC.

I ordered smart fitness tracker in October and still waiting.

Appalling customer service. I have a smart watch that doesn't work and I don't know where to return it to. Been emailing since November and no reply!

Didnt even want to give a star! This company is a total scam, yes received the watch but it didnt work so sent back, but not received refund, useless company, doesnt reply at all just automatic reply. AVOID this company, do not buy anything from here !!

I ordered a fitness tracker on 4th November 2021 and I have still not received it despite numerous chaser emails (6)and acknowledgements and requests for refund that have been ignored. I have still not received a refund or the product over 2 months later. Not happy

I ordered a watch at the beginning of November which a friend recommended?? But jan 10th and still no watch? £31.00 down the toilet thanks scammy gunush. I've been suckered but never again.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my fitness watch. As with every one else no watch. No refund and unable to Contact anyone. Do not use this company it's obviously a scam sorry to say!

I ordered a watch in October 2021.
Nothing since except a letter apologising for the delay.
Since then nothing.
No replies to my emails.
Either gone bust or scam company.

My husband ordered a fitness watch for me on 15th November for Christmas and was told delivery would be up to 10 days.(22nd November).It never arrived and no way of contacting the company to complain. No gift and money lost.

Gunush charged me for 2 watches they sent one this was the 11th September. They no longer respond to my emails personally, just an automated email.
I see this as stealing they have my money and won't return it

Absolutely awful cpany ordered a fitness tracker on the 15th November said 5 to 10 days delivery didn't turn up messaged and emailed on numerous occasions and haven't had one reply and now there site is down avoid at all cost 😡😡😡

Avoid this company !ordered watch 6 weeks ago despite many emails and telephone calls of which not available and chatline no response to see where watch is absolutely no response at all so cant even request a refund really annoying and frustrating do not order from this company !

This seems to be one of a number of comanies that offer products that they only supply a small percentage of, whilst pocketing the money from everyone else. This is a form of fraud where they point to the few good reviews to cover their real operating practice. It is becoming more prevalent and must be stamped out. They even charged extra for next day delivery.

Reports going in to Trading Standards and Online Fraud Unit.

They left message on here with email to chase order. Now their website for emails is off ! Been off for 2 days now it just says back soon. Are they for real ? Looks like I need to order another one from amazon. Wanted it before Christmas ordered & money taken 8th November..Then have to try to get refund.....over it already.

Ref my comment of 27th Nov. I have done what you said and have had NO response, so I will now, today, take further steps to obtain a refund.

Placed my order on the 16th November, my item never dispatched and never arrived. No replies to the numerous emails I sent, and their web chat is non existent! Good job I paid through PayPal as they have just issued a full refund.

Ordered on 26th October tracking says processed and packaged not received my items yet quick to take my money several emails sent but no replies
