Total scam website no order confirmation no contact details that work do not use or waste your time on them

I ordered a quart plant and received a pint. Once contacted, a ticket was issued and not another word from them. It's a scam. Don't waste your money!

If I could give 0 I would. 0 for 0 growth on 12 raspberry canes. Can't contact company. STAY AWAY . Ordered andvplanymted in March so plenty of time for growth

I have been informed by the Email Administrator postmaster that emails to Garden Bargains does not exist. Hence reason why I can't get a response.

I recently ordered 12 begonia’s and 12 Geraniums it has now been nearly 3 weeks with no updates and several emails sent
I have not received any replies
Do anyone know what is going on

I have had an order with Garden Bargains for over 2 months with a promised delivery date of 17/05/24. I kept checking order status up until the 17th when the web site went down and no way of contacting to find out what has happened to my order. It appears that garden bargain has shut down. As "you garden" were listed as they were administrators for this company and use the same logos and staff in their info along with the same address I have E mailed these to find out if they have taken on the orders. After repeated e mails I have had no reply so suspect I have lost my money. Any body else had issues with outstanding orders?
Update: Finally had contact from Garden Bargains who have confirmed my order has been disptatched and due to arrive today via You Gardens who seem to have took over Garden Bargains now web site has closed down.

Appalling service. Still not received anything from my order. Does anyone have a phone number for these scammers ?

Fraudulent Company avoid losing your money by going elsewhere.

I ordered 2 bare root cherry trees and 1 braburn apple. 1 of the cherry trees was for my brother's birthday. When I opened my delivery I had got 2 apple trees and 1 cherry tree. I emailed explaining the problem and they asked for photos, which I sent immediately. A week later and 3 emails to them, they still haven't got back to me. I'm very disappointed as I now have an extra apple tree I don't want and no cherry tree which I did want. Very poor customer service. I shan't be buying again.

well what a surprise,well actually i'm not at all surprised with the 1.8 stars.
I have used this company several times when it was part of ideal world and it did exactly as it said on the tin.
Thinking it was the same company I ordered the compost and struich.
The compost came in a badly damaged box and one of the bags was split.
I waited for my other product and phoned the number advertised,this was the wrong number and alarm bells started to ring.
I found a second number and I'm through to a call centre manned by extremely ignorant staff.
Quoting the number on my account I find it's 4 years old.
I find my new order number and informed it's on the picking list.
That was 2 days ago.
I can only presume this is now run by the dynamic TJC/Ideal world company.
That company is also a joke since they acquired the ideal world rights.
I shall not be using this company again.
Original garden bargains is now on QVC as you garden,same excellent products and you get what it says on the tin.

I have been buying garden compost for many years without a problem,but now I have just received a delivery, the compost was soaking wet and full of lumps,very disappointing

Very bad service,advertise items that are available and don't send them.
So postage charges are outrageous for 1 £1 item sent.

Ordered. Three items from this company back in August received two Snowdrop bulbs to follow!!!! After numerous emails finally received refund 4th November.
Would not recommend this company. Customer services shocking.

Rubbish don’t buy anything from here. My plants arrived in terrible condition. I had to give 1 star when really they didn’t deserve that. Customer service is a joke as well.

My wife ordered 2 rose bushes for a friend who has helped her a great deal recently. The order was about a month ago (if not longer) and chasing the order a week or 2 ago, she was told the order would be sent on 5th September. We are now 7th September and the order was not fulfilled. In addition we find that one of the roses ordered has been cancelled as it is no longer available. We were not informed of this and there has been no refund. We are now told that the other rose should be available on the 15th of September so that my wife's friend should have it by the end of September. This is taking the p**s a little bit too far. While the phone call to the Indian call centre was going on, there was an incessant din of "fake call-centre noises" going on in the background, making conversation difficult - in case you don't know, this is typical of calls from scammer centres. Having had enough of this nonsense, the order has now been cancelled and we have asked for a full refund. You are then told that the refund will be 14 - 16 days which in these days of electronic transfer is not even laughable. I told the Indian on the end of the line that if we don't see the refund by 16 days then I will involve the Police (fraud section). There was no attempt to try and rectify the situation at all, given all the nonsense we have put up with - so it is my experience that you deal with this company at your peril. I cannot imagine how some people have given this company 5 stars.
Totally unexpectedly I did receive the full refund within 16 days. However, rather than put yourself through the same hassle, simply order from Amazon, I haven't had a poor flower/plant delivery from them so far.

Poor quality plants - corydelis blue heron, bought through Ideal World. Contacted Garden Bargains regarding "lifetime guarantee ". They have passed the buck saying the guarantee was with Ideal World even though the plants came direct from their nurseries. Guarantee worth nothing. WILL NOT be buying from them again

I ordered plants last year and had a few issues that were resolved swiftly after contacting the company. This year I made several orders received all my plants wisteria, bedding plants etc in excellent condition and packaging they are thriving in my garden. I did notice a lot of negative reviews was I lucky. As I had the same negative experience, a lot of people experienced with another online company.

I have had the same experience as most on here have said. Contacted today, want me to pay a further £6.99 postage, i have now sent an email with photo. How can they give 30 days, plants take time to establish that does not me that after 30 days they would not die. Maybe complain to watchdog.

We order 2 Hypericum, which arrived with one plant completely dead and the second had one slightly green leaf, I repotted and feed and water but they were past saving, someone must packed these dead sticks, we also ordered 24 Hidcote lavender plugs 10 plugs OKish, 4 plugs will survive and 10 plug needing intensive care

Ordered 18 x Surfina Collection plug & 12 x Fuschia Jumbo plug 23/04/23 - didn't arrive until 02/06/23. Surfina plants were OK. 3 of the Fuchsia were obviously dying on arrival, 3 more died whilst planted out and a further 3 have died since placing in their 'Easy Fill' hanging basket. The 3 surviving are looking very poor alongside 50p plants from B&M. Have used this company several times but won't be using again.

ordered 30 trailing hanging basket multi coloured labillia and two cordoline plants did not arrive in time so i diverted the address to my holiday home another £6 added postage £13 they arrived cordolines ok the trailing lubillia in a poor state all with yellow leaves three dead trying to rescue the rest i would have been better to go to b&q or a garden centre to choose healthy plants
