I would give negative star if possible. Bought a watch on offer ,didn't work..Sent it back in march as agreed by the seller
in march.its June 16th today.no refund received yet.Is there any law which can help me to get my money back?how are these people allowed to do business in a country like here!!please do something.

I would give this company -5 stars if I could. I cancelled my order back in March and they said it would take 15-20 working days to be in my bank. Fair enough. It’s now June, I still haven’t had a refund and I received my cancelled order recently and emailed this company telling them how to send it back to get my refund. They replied saying as it has been over 30 days I cannot get a refund. I thought fine I’ll just keep the watch, however it doesn’t work!! So I’m now stuck with a broken watch & £30 wasted. I am so angry with this company and will not be recommending it to anyone!

I am an extremely harsh critique and never give anyone 5 stars. But this website did impress me first of all with its huge variety of products to choose from.
Secondly with the quality of the watch that I received.
I can confidently say that will be coming back to this site 100%

Don’t bother ordering from
Here. Ordered a smart tracker watch didn’t like it. They offered 40% refund which I declined. Sent item back tracked as they requested back in April. Still no response. And now they are not replying either to my emails. Thieves if anything.

Delivery was a bit delayed due to covid as they said. But got my trainers i ordered. They are good and i am so happy. I dont want to put anything negative about them as they did respond everytime when i was enquiring about my order so not too bad but still they can improve if they want to.. Anyways will give another try as i seen some home electricals also on their website will keep everyone posted for the 2nd item i will order from them..

Don’t really leave reviews cause can’t be bothered most of the time but with this experience I felt that I had to.
Ordered a really cool summer T-shirt and want to say that my tracking didn’t work at first so I contacted the support team. The lady I spoke to was so so so helpful and kind that as soon as I left the call the problem was fixed but also I really wanted to do business with the store again.
The quality of the shirt was also very good and I will be definitely coming back to this store to order new items !!

Brought a pair of trainers early April and returned with proof of purchase the 28th April 2021. They were to big even though my regular size, the company offered partial refund if I kept them but I declined. Today is the 12th June 2021 and I still do not have a refund, Iv raised it with PayPal who are now dealing. The company are appalling to delay this this long in hope that I’ll obviously drop the matter. I would not recommend buying anything from this company, yes I’m negative but I think keeping someone’s money 6 weeks after a return following all their policy rules is unacceptable.

Was happy with the whole process the only reason I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars is because it came 1 day late. Instead of 2 days the product arrived in 3 days.
Apart from that the product was in very good condition and couldn’t believe that something that good would be so affordable.
I also looked through the website and found so many cool tech products that I have wanted for a while now but Never saw them anywhere.
These guys have a very wide range of products and I will be taking a look through the whole site to see what else I will want to buy.
Anyone who is into tech definitely visit their site as you will be very intrigued by what you see.

Didn't expect an online store to be this much friendly.
I ordered smart watch from them but didn't know how to charge it. Emailed them about the issue.
Replied me back in less than 12 hours with user manual and process of charging the watch.
Very friendly behavior.
Recently ordered a trainer but sent me the wrong size.
Emailed them again with this issue.
My replacement is on it's way. Excited!!!

I’ll be very honest in the past I have had many very bad experiences with online websites and over time have become way more Careful but this experience was 5 stars
1) very quick delivery
2) the watch that I ordered came exactly how it was advertised on the website
3) the customer service team I spoke to where super polite and courteous
4) the quality of the packaging when it was arrived was also impeccable.

I will definitely be looking through the store and seeing what else I can get myself. Maybe from their fishing category :)

Do not waste your money, bought two watches and a pair of earphones. Sent all the items back to have them tell me for over a month now they are too busy to process refunds, still waiting and I keep getting the same message. Avoid if you don't want hassle of chasing money if you do not like the items

Still awaiting any reply from a refund i asked for back in march! Now ignoring any refund requests and emails when all i want is my 40% refund back!! Shameful company! People please do not buy from them!!!

Also the size fit perfectly as I was quite worried about it fitting or not but it definitely did.
I am planning now to order some more trainers for the gym and also for my partner.
The communication with the store was also very easy and quick. The customer service was very polite and helpful when I wanted to find out where my order was at that point

Heard a lot about Amazfit's Stratos and wanted to get it for my partner for his birthday, but it was so hard to find places that sold it here in the UK. A friend recommended this site and I found what I wanted and it came with a pair of Zen buds! Site was really easy to use and the delivery was fast so no complaints there. Once I got my order my partner had difficulties setting it up because we are not that tech savvy. Contact their customer service and they booked us in for a tech support straight away, the person on the phone was lovely and went through all the steps with us in detail and made sure my partner knew how to use the watch at the buds along with it.

Still using it and worth every penny, with such a great experience have shopped with them again and will do so in the future too.

Been in contact with gunush about the item I bought nearly 4 weeks ago down loaded the app still won't work daughters tried but nothing worked emailed them said they would give me a refund still haven't got now they not answering my emails tried calling them but the number must be wrong what they give you

Been waiting since 30th April for a refund for 2 watches. Been fobbed off with the usual Covid excuses "short staffed, working from home etc". Had an email a month ago saying I would have my refund within 2-3 working days - still waiting! Have now threatened them with contacting the credit card company and asking their legal department to take up the case! Rubbish service!

Have now brought this up with PayPal to get them to secure my refund! Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole!

Ordered a T shirt when it arrived it was nothing like the image after endless emails I sent it back I was informed I would get a refund within 14 days that was nearly a month ago

Not bad at all !
My wife is very happy with the trainers that I bought her as she started to run daily.
The quality of the trainers is super and they are very easy to wash after a run !
The reason why I put 4 stars it’s because they came 1 day late (6 not 5) but still will definitely go onto the site and buy myself something.
