Recieved the item which was an unwanted gift, contacted the company regarding returning it for a full refund, followed all the procedures for the refund. 2 months I have been waiting for my refund, the item was signed for back at the company within 4 days. Lack of communication regarding the refund kept getting told it needed to be checked over for weeks and weeks, the item hadn't even been taken out of the packaging as it was returned straight away with the proof of postage and even for conformstion from royal mail. I have been told for the last two weeks I would receive my refund and still nothing. This company is absolutely full of lies.

The worst company I have dealt with. Accidently ordered 2 pair of trainers (added 2 to the basket). Cancelled the order straight away as per their policy. . Sent countless emails and recieved the same automated emails back which is the excuse of coronavirus we will get back to you . Then they said they had sent it and to send it back . Requested for a return/refund
Then I get an email saying would I like 40%of the cost back . This is when you know that actually I have been done!
Please do not use this company
The trainers x 2 pair finally did come even though I cancelled cancelled order. Absolute crap quality and have never been a size 6!
Bogus company don't go near them !

Oh by the way still haven't recieved my 40%

Just recently received my running trainers, really happy with the purchase!
Shoes fit really well, very comfortable and love the colour.
Only thing was the delivery was a tad slow, but the customer service was great and they offered me discount for my next purchase on their website :)

I’m pleased with my purchase, delivery was quicker than expected and it was packaged well. The instructions need to be better, very small & difficult to read & it isn’t clear how to charge it, however the customer service when dealing my query was excellent. I’d recommend this as a starter smart watch as the basic functions are more than adequate and it is good value for money.

I knew I was running a risk when buying through a facebook ad, but I took a chance as I loved the t-shirt design.
There was no measurements for their sizes on the Gunush website so I went ahead and bought a size L which is my usual size.
I received a t-shirt which fits my 9-year old son better than me. It looks like an XS or smaller. A complete joke.
Contacted them and politely explained the problem. They said they would contact the warehouse and get back to me in 2 days. 2 weeks later they tell me they can't refund as I received what I ordered - a size L.
A complete disregard for my issue and no sense of customer service whatsoever. As many have pointed out, this is indeed a company to avoid. I will work tirelessly to warn other people about them.

Very good service and the time for delivery was so quick couldn’t believe it arrived the next day!
The product I ordered was the smart watch and it’s so cool and helpful at tracking my steps, heart rate and many other features.
From the point that I received the watch I have ordered another one for my best mate.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL company have been asking for a refund since March 3rd despite paying extra for return proof of postage sending pictures of my proof and every other stalling effort they have made !!! Here is my second review as the first was answered

Smart Fitness Tracker - Excellent !
Very pleased with the device, very good for monitoring my steps, heart rate and awesome for my daily runs.
Since I got it, it pushes me to do more exercise as I can actually see all the results daily and it makes me way more motivated.
Also the price is soo good couldn’t miss out on this discount.

Ordered the anime hoodie and I am very delighted with the quality of the hoodie. It arrived quickly with no delays and the hoodie itself is super soft and also easy to wash!
Since receiving it have recommended it to 2 of my mates !

Horrendous customer service. My watch broke days after receiving it. I contacted Gunush on multiple occasions, they advised me new straps would be sent but I received nothing and when I tried to chase them again they had blocked my email. Now having to go through the finical ombudsman to try and get a positive outcome..DO NOT BUY!!!

Norah in customer services was so helpful and kind. I asked for help regarding my missing order, so contacted them and was assigned to Norah a customer rep. She inquired about it with Hermes and then kept me up to date regarding why my package was delayed, and it turned out Hermes had lost the parcel. Within 24 hours she had a new one dispatched and I received it within 3 days. Brilliant customer service and so helpful!

It is very easy to set up with your phone and does ehat it says. All at a great price
