Gunush Reviews

A waste of time and money!!! I bought a smart watch with no quality, it didn't work, it didn't have a charger, very weak. I didn't even want it for free!!! I had to make the return, they offer 40% of the value for you to give up to return.
I returned it and I have been waiting for the money back for over 1 month now. They say they don't have enough people and so the process is slower, but the truth is that if you do a negative review on social media, they delete it immediately.

Excellent pair of trainers

Bought them for my daughter as she is starting the running club and she was so happy to get them ! I can’t believe that these cost so little ! My daughter says that they are made of very soft material and are also very easy to clean them after a run.
I definitely recommend this company 100%

Really happy with the purchase of my brand new smart watch. Putting 4 stars as it came 1 day late but I didn’t pay for next day delivery so can’t blame them. Took 5 days to arrive but the quality of the watch itself is really cool for its price !! Very impressed. I will buy another one for me ma so can keep her health in check especially she is beginning to get into running.

I absolutely love this company. Better than most catalogue companies out there.

Very good experience from start to finish.

Customer service is great and friendly.

Items are good quality

Delivery is fast which is needed.

Refunds are easy.

Love it xx

AVOID AVOID this company at all costs trying to get a refund from them is an absolute joke trading standards need to step in and close businesses like this who appear to be a bunch of crooks ripping people off

Comfortable watch. However the battery life is awful, even without all the notification pushes and motion sensor. The brightness is also rubbish Out and about in daylight you cannot see the watch face.
The step counter is accurate
Do no pay for express delivery as you won't get it any faster and the customer service team will just fob you off. Took 2 weeks for mine to arrive. I am still waiting for a refund on the postage.
Wouldn't buy again mainly due to battery and brightness as not functional for everyday life.

Great product and prompt delivery. Thank you!

Don't pay for express delivery cos it still takes 6 days. Grrrrr!
Other than that the watch is brilliant value for money. Some great useful settings. Works great easy and fast to charge.
Hubby made up with it.

Arrived quickly and much better than I thought for the price

Very pleased with the watch easy to set up really like it

Very happy with the service. My delivery came quick. I ordered over 10 times with Gunush, every order has been great 10/10. Customer service is great too.

Lovely trainers. The service and delivery were first class

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Worst company ever! I ordered a smart watch from them that when arrived did not charge. When I advised them of this they asked me to send them a video of how I was charging it. I did this and they dragged this out for weeks and then told me I could not return it as the time had passed. I now have a smart watch that does not work and no chance of a refund. Please do not make the same mistake as me by ordering anything from these crooks!

Love the shirt but it doesn’t look same as the picture - the picture on the shirt is much larger and therefore harder to see when worn

I brought my smart watch off gunush im absolutely over the moon with it. It does everything i expect of it and more and the price was just perfect and when i read the reviews before buying every review couldn't fault it. The best buy of the year for me love love love it

SHOCKING service. Very poor quality only worked couple of days. Asked for a refund 10 times and still no refund in my acct. I work in customer service myself and just think this is ridiculous !!!

Very happy with it. Great value.
