Gus & Bella Box Reviews 

We have been receiving Gus & Bella monthly boxes for 3 months and both my Daughter and I get excited around the delivery date. The contents of the box is always such a beautiful suprise; filled with goodies for both human species and feline species. The toys are a huge hit, and deffinatly contain a potent hit of the cat crack (catnip). Pedro, our feline family member, gets involved unwrapping the box and always sniffs out his latest toy. The food choices are of high quality and a perfect way to trial new varieties of food and treats that you might not have necessarily tried. l would 100% recommend signing up to the monthly subscription, its worth every penny and a real enjoyment for all.

We have just received our 2nd box and it's better than the first, which I thought would be hard to beat!
Tallulah loves the toys and is now waiting for one of the treats ... the fact I get presents as well is brilliant as we get to share the excitement of opening it together.
Now looking forward to next months box!

Lovely products for both my cat and for me! Very fast shipping and they even included a nice birthday card as I mentioned it was for my cat's birthday! I really loved this box and I am so pleased, thank you, you are brilliant :)

Our first box arrived today, and after the glossy adverts I had seen, I was trying to manage my high expectations in case it wasn’t as good as it appeared. I did not need to worry. The box was literally full of fabulous cat themed items for them and me, including a cat safe Easter egg (I was able to order an extra one so eat cat has their own), a salmon flavoured drink, an amazing silver vine filled ball, calming wipes, and for me some paw shaped kitchen tongs, a cat head terracotta planter, some Candy Kittens and a cat egg cup. I was thrilled with the quantity and high quality of all the items, I couldn’t have put a better box together myself.
The contents of the box thrilled my 2 cats as much as the human! Dotty (10 weeks) fell in love with the actual box itself initially, and made herself at home in the lid (playing with the corners) while I investigated the contents. Once she spotted the silver vine filled feathery ball, she was completely besotted, and chased it, carried it, killed it mercilessly for a long time. (Mind you, she spent quite some time playing with the terracotta planter and the tongs too 🤣)
I was so pleased with everything in the box, and with Dotty's reaction to it all, I emailed the company just because I wanted to say a big thank you, Definitely worth every penny. I'm already looking forward to our next box! Thank you Gus and Bella team!! x

Fantastic subsonic for cats and cat parents! Top quality items, cat especially loves any cat nip toys, it’s a treat for both of us every month!

Great assortment of products every month, high quality and well thought out. Easy to get in touch with G&B staff and had very quick responses. 100% recommend for a little treat and pick me up.

This is a wonderful idea, I use this company for my cat. She enjoys all the treats and toys that come monthly and it’s exciting to see what comes next. The items are unique and not always available at the local shops. The price of the subscription is fair due to price rises. I would recommend this company to anyone with a cat.

Had our first box delivered. Really enjoyed opening it to see what treats and surprises and treats there were.
My cats were also wanting to look in to see what was there for them too. Looking forward to our Christmas boxes.

Absolutely ❤️ Gus & Bella box. Receiving our box of treats is always the highlight of our month (myself and my furbaby Tibbles 🐱💝) everything we receive is always high quality and so well thought through, little treats to keep her happy and goodies to make me feel good too. Every month is a surprise and have always had the best customer service. Definitely recommend! Have been a subscriber for a couple of years now - thank you Gus & Bella for making us SO happy!

Ridiculous price for items that I can mostly find in my local supermarket, for a few pounds!

Unfortunately I cannot attach a photo, however I have received the November 2024 box, and it’s quite shocking. I was charged £32.90, and I received the following items …

One cat calendar (valued at £6.99 John Lewis) I also stated I have two kittens, so only receiving one calendar was a bit of a disappointment.

One sample pack of coffee granules (pennies?!)

One vegan Kitkat (£1)

Two packs of Webbox kitten food (you can buy a pack of 12 in Morrisons for £4, making these approximately 33p each)

One Rosewood Mr Mouse teaser (£3)

One Earls catnip toy (£5 on Etsy)

One pair of socks (79p on Temu!)

One face mask (£1)

So my guess would be less that £18 for this box if I purchased items myself. How on earth can they justify charging £32.90 for this box?

I had one box before this and the toy snake was broken. I was told a replacement would be sent out same day. It’s been two weeks and no replacement has arrived.

I have now cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. No response from customer service yet.

I love this box!

Such great variety of toys and food for your cat and yourself, definitley the best on the market, we subscribed just to see how it was and said if it wasn’t any good we’d cancel after first box but I am so impressed and it’s such a treat for our boy every month

Boxes are good and have nice items in them

But I was just charged for this month's box when I'd changed to bi monthly (this was all approved on my account but no record now!) This has now caused me significant financial issues this month, as I haven't calculated this month. I have now cancelled my subscription.

I ordered 3 boxes with 2 free gifts as a one off and they have then claimed I signed up to a subscription to recur every 3 months. The free gifts were never received.

We can't wait for your boxes each month! The cats all know it's for them and I love that I get treats too! Very responsive to messages and helpful wouldn't go anywhere else! Love Em & her owners, 4 sphynx cats xxx

I love my Gus and Bella boxes. They are always a wonderful surprise when they come and my cats adore the items inside. Being cat obsessed this is definitely the right box for you and your cats.

The boxes are great for humans and cats, different stuff everytime, my cats go mad for it
Only thing I would say is to add more for cats then humans or more teaser toys as my 2 love then

Love receiving this box. Full of goodies I'd not necessarily think to buy for myself or my kitten! Worth the money and always a lovely surprise each month. I also love that the boxes also come kitten friendly.

My kitten loves the fishing rod toy we got in our second box so much she carries it around the house all the time!
