I really like to attend GymNation now but you need to do something with your collection department. They try to make troubles for some old contracts (7 years plus) which were closed a long time ago. And they do it in a really bad way.

I’ve been really enjoying my experience with GymNation so far! The subscription is very affordable, especially considering the variety of classes and facilities available.

What I appreciate the most are the coaches and instructors, especially in the LES MILLS classes. They are super nice, approachable, encouraging, and really make you feel motivated throughout the entire session. Even when the workout gets challenging, their energy and encouragement make you want to keep going!

Overall, it’s a great gym with a friendly and motivating atmosphere. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for an affordable gym with fun classes and supportive instructors. Highly recommended! 💪❤️

It’s a brand new branch and not fully operational yet, waiting for inbody and reformers machines and addition of full scale classes. But few things are already showing some minor signs of wear and tear. Staff needs to be vigilant with their maintenance game.

The women’s gym air conditioning is not cooling properly, and it gets very crowded. Please look into this issue and find a solution.

Also, the prayer room is extremely hot — it feels like a sauna. The air conditioning there needs attention as well.

the app has frequent issues. Sometimes I am unable to book classes because it keeps showing an error message.

I enjoyed all the classes; the group was super motivating, the coach excellent. I like Zumba classes; they should have two classes per day so I can attend.

They are quick to restore my app and the process was smooth

Classes are either morning or early evenings, for many people not convenient, who works non-standard schedule.
Cancellation of contract is a nightmare. Why I should provide all medical reports, or termination letter, or that I exit the country documents?
Are we at NASA? You're just a gym. Not more than that but rules are nonsense... disappointed by the greediness

Despite paying monthly, I can book classes and the staff arent responding to me.

I really enjoy working out at GymNation. It’s a great gym, and one of the best things for me is that it’s conveniently located close to my house. They have almost all the equipment, facilities, and options we need for a good workout.
One suggestion I would have is to offer more timings for some of the popular classes, as they often fill up very quickly. Having additional sessions would give more members the opportunity to attend at different times.
It would also be great to have more space in the Ladies Only Studio, especially for classes like BodyPump and BodyCombat. The current space can feel limited, and unfortunately not everyone can attend comfortably when the class is busy.
Overall, I’m happy with GymNation and appreciate the variety of facilities and classes available. I hope these suggestions can help make the experience even better for everyone.

Good price for the quality. Wide variety of classes including yoga. Machines are mostly in good condition.
Negative: the expansion of Motor City gym to include more fitness areas has not happened, and I was sold membership on the basis it would open soon.

I absolutely love the classes and the convenient timings throughout the day! 🙌🏽 I’ve been to other gyms before, but I can honestly say I’ve noticed a real change in my body within just a few months at GymNation. 💪🏽

I like the classes and the coaches but the only think that bother me alot the parking problem it's always a struggle to find one and if I have to pay parking everyday it will be very expensive.
the stuff at the reception area need to be more experienced specifically the new ones.
Finally, the gym became very crowded and strange mix of members.

I love this gym because the trainers who lead the classes are amazing, creative, and highly motivating. However, the cleanliness needs significant improvement. The floors in the studios are often dirty, and it seems that the rooms and equipment, including the weights, are not cleaned regularly. Also, tissues are often unavailable in the restrooms. I really hope management addresses these issues, as the trainers and classes are truly excellent

equipments are really good. but if You would have a sauna bath with stones thats the deal breaker. 🙏
